:yoinks: yeah you're up early!

:coffee:mornin campers....

gonna be up super early tomorrow,we meet to ride over the pass at 6am...not even sure if the sun is up at that point!
should be a good ride, been a while since i crossed the pass which is a shame since the unpleasant part..climbing the pass on the highway, and its not the hill itself, its the 18 wheelers and cars whizzing by...the hill is not too bad since the grade is consistent the whole way up,and at that hour the traffic wont be bad...gotta remember to bring birdy along tomorrow:biggrin:

monkey butt aint gonna like it...but she's a dog so she doesnt get a say in this!

:chin: alrighty...gotta head to the store and pick up some food for tomorrow...not only for the ride but afterward when im super hungry from 2 trips across the pass...leaving at some hurtfully early hour, but we should be home well before noon that way,and avoid the worst of the heat...gotta remember to stop and grab some krispy kremes on the way home since its krispy kreme sunday and all:biggrin:

Krispy Kremes ...... them things are so sweet they're nasty !!! for being a fat man , i'm not into real sweet sweets :noway:

well , getting up early paid off !!! got the dirt brought in , leveled off , tarp put down & the pool put up & filling ..... whew !!! that was alot just saying it !!!
but the wife & grandson are happy its filling , watching his face light up as he's trying to help makes it all worth it !!! :huggg:

:tumbleweed:lol,if i had a pool like that im betting ol' monkey butt and i would be floating around in it later! gettin hot out!

ironically i bet the amount of food we both eat is roughly similar, and i dont have much of a sweet tooth either since i already know what lies down that path...thats where the exercise thing comes in though...depending on the type of ride im burning like 900 calories an hour, and when you're talking 10-15 hours a week of riding it starts to add up...

That's the way to do it Unc, beat the heat!
Dan that looks great, kids will be happy, hell my kids can get down with a hose and some buckets and a cpl water guns. Funny I've gained a few more pounds then I've liked the last few years and it's def not from sweets, I'm a glutton for bbq and cheeses and charcuterie tho..... Oh and alcohol, a few yards IPA and you got yourself a thousand calories in no time. Happy weekend all

I'm down about 15 lbs sense the warm weather came back . i get pretty stagnate during the winter , but once i can get outa the house & do shit without freezin my balls off , i tend to lose the added winter weight pretty quick .

i am worried about the extra munching with no cigarettes to keep my hands busy , but i think i'm doing pretty good avoiding that too .
tomorrow will be 2 weeks tobacco free :woohoo:

the guys, crazily enough one guy elected to ride his cargo bike over, which explains why i did the climbs much faster than the other two, although the youngster has no excuse,he was on a road bike...
