Cali-tried that new bong. Not bad, but I don't like bongs with pull out bowl stems for a carb. I guess i'm a little old-school, I just prefer a carb hole. Makes it easier to clear the smoke out of the tube. me thinks.
Got a perpetual stream of Sour Diesel coming from now on. One's about 30+ days now and smells so flippin incredible. Nice sour smell.
Khaleel- Thanks for the kind words. That big cactus started out 6-7 years ago as a branch segment I broke off of a cactus somewhere in the desert east of here. Some kind of cholla. I should post a pic of them now. I've cleaned all that grass out of there and it looks much better.

I chopped two Burmese kush/Sweet Warps and a StrawD x NYCD. (the #3 pheno). Smoked some BKSW last night and it a big two thumbs up. Tried the #3 Straw D cross this morning and it's really good, but was one nanner tossing bitch.

Planted some newly rooted clones in coco, took some new clones. Repotted 4 plants from solo cups to 1 gallon pots. Chopped 3 plants and only flipped one.
I'm trying to lower my number of plants in flower to 20. I have 4 plants that I'll chop tonight, and I'll only flip one. I think that'll put it at about 22-23. Hopefully they'll have more room to grow and will get better light, and make more bud.?

I've got nothing going from seeds right now. For the first time since I began growing. There's a few from seed in 12/12, but I've no plans to start any new seeds for a while.

The Cindy is happy in a 5 gallon bucket now,she is liking low nutes,and really green.We have 12 degree temps and snow here now,and with BC nutes,things are looking golden.

Bongs with pull out stems suck,I am old school to,bubble and pass,no stem bullshit.Other kid is in the office closet till the Cindy get's a little bigger.

outame_ Glad to hear that jelly jar's done you right. !2 degrees is too cold. Get winter low of maybe 27 here. reminds me I need to stick some styrofoam cups on the ends of one of my cactuses, they'll die if they get even close to freezing.

Jack_ I just flipped my first PK last night. So I won't know for a bit. This is one I'm excited as a kid waiting for Santa Clause. Flipped my mom, so now, I'll have to wait for my 2 clones to get big before i get anymore cuts, but I just had to get it going.

Dr Dog_ The StrawD x NYCD was pretty tasty. Not much of the sour from the nycd came through, and I had one that might be called Strawberryish, but the one I going to keep for at least a couple more runs, is funky, fuely, chemmy, strange. Really sets you back after a few tokes.

Well folks, Christmas is upon us and we put up a tree last night and decorated it. I'm full of Christmas spirit tonight. I should go get some egg nog! I would like to wish all my fam here a very happy Christmas, just in case I don't see ya'll again till after.
Got the Christmas bonus all nice and neat on a visa gift card, got another fat bonus coming on the side and it's going to be a pretty decent time around the old homestead this Christmas. Santa's fixing to get me hooked up with a brand spanking new camera. Now if i just knew what kind to get. I'll have to search the site for cam advise.

edit_I noticed Powdery Mildew on a couple of my gak plants last night. I'll be heading to the infirmary to see what i gotta do.

Ty, the BKSW was good tasting, and had a light sweet smell, that was a joy to breathe in. Nice hard nugs too. Had almost a oz of it and that went to a friend

I'm not going to buy a really expensive cam, but might spend up to 500.

I've tasted sweeter than this GAK, but mostly sweet tooth crosses, and one of the NL x SSH's i got from Nuggetshiner rivals this GAK in smelling good.
Sweet Tooth just tastes better than anything. GAK is not as sweet, but really good tasting. more fruity?
Sugar Shack is more hashy and a little fruity tasting.

B/R I can't wait until I figure out a system, so I can always have each strain in flower, 7-8 weeks to go through the lineup. Not having to mess with seeds is changing things.

seeing as how you haven't posted in 8 DAYS! lol. $500 camera budget... hmmmmm...
you can get a very nice cam for that dinero. Something to consider, $500 is kind of a
break point right now, above 500 you'll move into the dslr's, considered prosumer.
Below 500 your in the point and shoot consumer market. If you move into the
dslr's you'll find that your spending increases by a factor of ten not just because of
the cam but all the do-dads, in fact the spending never ends, lol. Thats the trap of
the dslr. Not to mention the learning curve. After using both in the garden there are a
lot of compelling reasons to stick with a point & shoot that can snap a decent macro.
When you see those super close-up trich shots those are being shot with about $1500
worth of equip. A lot to spend for a close up I decided.
My 2 cents on cams. Hope you make your choice soon. I'm missing my hazy photos.
Glad you liked the flavor of the silver light. On clones, your gonna love it. I don't feel
my plants have reached their full potential till the third generation, and no wasting
space to find the males, yesss! I'm just getting ready for sexing of ten little cindy's.
You get to know your plants better as clones and can be aware of their needs before
they are, lol, they like that. Wow I started out to write one or two lines about cams.

Thanks NS, here's a couple shots to let folks know I got a cam.
I decided to go with a p&s. I got a Canon A590 IS for $129.00. Here's a quick lights out shot of a GAK bud and a Cindy bud. I'll play with it more and post more tonight!
Pretty good macros, but wait till I get a lens adapter and put on a good lens.

Zeus, yeah well here's a shot of some of what's blowing up in here. I'll get up a pic of that PK tonight.

oh yeah, got some neem oil and took care of the PM problem. There's a little on the gak bud leaves in the bottom pic, i sprayed the leaves but tried not to get to close to the buds.
