I ended up wit one urkle that stayed pretty much green but it's all good... The smoke is bomb, frosty as the frostiest buds I've seen and dense to boot. All my friends were askin for the green urkle after tryin her .....lol.

The smoke is very, very good. The smell is fantasitic...great herb!

I did have a temp drop in the dark hours of at least 15f and some nights 20f. She was 14" directly under a 600hps so It looks like I just ended up with the green pheno. This one was raised in Fox farm ocean forest some light warrior and some perlite. Fed occasioanlly in the 2nd half of flower wth pure blend pro.

I chopped her at 55 days as the trichs were clouding up but not turning amber. I might let em go for another week next time to see how it goes.

She yeiled 1.4 oz dry. Vegged for more than 45 days.. a slow vegger! Great smoke and if ya have the room in your veg room it's definately a keeper! I'm under the influence of her now and I fell greate..grate..graate...grr.. fuked

Hey Jaws Ya know I wish I knew...lol. It was sposta be a pair of Urkles according the the club in Hayward but that's obviusly not the case. It'
s not a bad smoke at all..not as nice as the Urk but pretty good. I have about 1.5 oz of it and have been tokin on it for a while. I'll have one of my professional stoner buddies try it and see if they can ID it for me. It's got a very unique flavor...spicey pine, earthy, not sweet at all. I haven't had anything like it.

GroNut, your urkle looks the same as my urkle. I bet Blunts right, at 70 days probably solid purple nugs. I had some good purps on the colas at around 50 days, ALL the budleaves went purple around 40 days.

The taste really brings back memories for me :wink:

I thought since I saw some cloudiness at 55 days if it went much longer it might loose some power and get too sleepy? That was my first shot with her so I'll have to try a few other things next time. I have 6 that have been veggin for 60+ days so they will go into the flower room soon.... lot's of fun

Yeah I think it would be one of those knock you down slap you in the mouth kinda stones at 70 days. I cut mine around 50 days, more than half the trichs had gone cloudy by that time, pretty much no ambers though. Ive come to find that I don't like too many ambers. I like to function (somewhat :wink: ) when stoned.

Ive got more urkle in veg, a couple in flower, and clone of the urk rooting too right now I have a love affair with the urkle, and it will have some prime realestate in my garden for a good little while. An all around solid strain.

Hey GCG.. those pics were taken a while back so they are much bigger now. If I had to guess I would say the plants in the pics were veggin for 40 days maybe at the time of the pic. Once I get my shit together and start a routine I think I'm going to take cuts just before putting them in flower and veg them for the 60 days or whatever and cycle them that way.

I guess it really doesn't matter because I want quality more than yield. It shopuld be OK.

GCG, here is a pic of the Urks from this morning... over 60 days now

They did spend a small bit of time root bound cuz it's really easy to forget how old they are by looking at them. After repotting they sped up some.



Thanks for the tips 00, I will play around some. I'll chop some at 55 days cause I loved the high and I'll let a few keep going and see the difference in color and high...

This bud is pretty good actually, sticky, smells pretty good, good high... just no idea what it is.

Those don't look that bad for 60 days. the cuts that I have are starting to grow now. Today is the first time I have watered them since I got them. They are starting to look nice.

I burned a few leaves by putting safer soap on them to prevent PM. I forgot to shake the bottle first. Dumbass move, but they are coming around now.

I love your make shift room. I can wait to see your new room after it is built. It ought to be awesome.

the erkle is slow to establish then explodes in veg,...30 days veg is all that is required if yer indoors and u got her jammin,....she is a very root finicky strain,...any trouble in the rootzone whatsoever and she will crawl through veg(and bloom is even worse),....no real need to top either,..the erkle will grow wider than it is tall naturally....
the larger plant in the back is an erkle with 30 days of veg of a 400w MH...erkle stays short and stout and VERY dense...

Jello... nice plants you have there. Thanks for the input. Maybe I've been using too small a pot for them. In the pics they are in 2 gal pots and they've been under T5's. Can you tell me what your potting schedule is like...what size pot at what stage of veg? I would appreciate it!
