Thinking about that for a second - I'm almost POSITIVE people send drugs to all the big politicians and "celebrities" like Rush Limbaugh et al. I'm SURE there's a 100 million people who've sent a joint to a politician they didn't like. I'm sure some go overboard and send zips just for the hell of it

long time ago I had a few Z's of my medicine go missing in the mail. That SAME week, my mailman and another postal dude were busted by an undercover news expose for smoking spliffs in the parking lot during lunch.

dont even trip dude... i used to work for fedex... the west cost hubs and all domestic packages dont really have dogs to sniff ish... ups people used to open up boxes just to see what was inside (my uncle worked for them)... at fedex they do have scanners tho at the main hubs... ive shipped 8ths overnight and it got there safely ive even shipped bottles of alcohol which is totally against fedex policy (its a hazardous material) and nothings happened... people just have to know how to pacakge things and ull be safe...

A friend of mine went on vacation and didn't want to travel with his meds and sent it via fed ex and now the police have it and it may in investigated...

What could happen to my friend.. He is flippin out!!!

Exactly what I was thinking. Even if you paid in cash the postage has an exact time/date on it I believe, simple viewing that time period with the camera along with matching the package would be a no brainier to me...also how do you keep from touching the box when handing it to a guy? Sorry guys but you don't HAVE to deal with anyone to mail something. I think paying for a postage stamp and then sending through mail box (not yours obviously) or even better a general USPS mailbox in a shopping center...and ALWAYS go USPS. Although I would never fuck with more than 14gs so rules might be different the more you got.

Well maybe cause its not owned and run by the government. Its independent but runs under regulations and gets certain breaks. They don't waste time sniffing for drugs, only for anthrax.

they often do record video of activity in the shipping office. my friends got popped this way shipping 40,000 cash to cali via fedex.

there was a dea agent working in a hub in our area, and she informed both local pd and the destination pd of the package and then executed simultaneous warrants on each group of people.

I lost several pounds via FEDEX and nothing ever came of it. It wasnt traceable to me but someone did call to track it and gave a disposable # to call back. They did call and say it was confiscated and did they want to help catch me. He said sure, call me back and that was the end of it

Here is how this works and i have been there...

If you never take possession of the package it is not yours! If you get it, even after 2 months..write "return to sender" on it and put it back in the mail. If your reg. mail guy shows up and says "here you go" tell him thats not yours and you werent expecting anything.

I have had them actually try to set the package on a table by my door inside the house while the door was open.

People get junk mail all the time and what if your exgirlfriend was trying to just set you up....the law is on your side....if its not yours...

I've gotten a few care packages from the wild west bay area and always used UPS without a problem...granted it was like 3+ years ago...

My buddy didnt really hide it at all... I always laughed when i opened the boxes and saw a couple of pringles cans rolling around an empty box...

No chips in those cans, i might add...

But i've always heard horror stories about fedex... i'd use usps over fedex any day

But yeah tell that dude to lawyer up, interstate trafficking is no joke, thats federal, no matter what the amount is
