With the number of stupid petty laws on the books a cop's life is all about SELECTIVE enforcement. They don't have time to take EVERYONE in so they have to choose which laws they enforce and when.

This goes against the freaking human Psyche so harshly that nobody that's a cop can be happy these days.

No wonder they can only get Dumbasses to take a badge and a gun in this day and age.

how Ghastly! I smoke only for recreational purposes but, have been hasseled none the less. I have met people who have been using for only medical uses. I have done the best by keeping my big mouth shut!! I learn to keep it shut and grow for my own medical uses. I am the owner of the real cannabis material! It is the real deal. Just a small amount of cannabis is the best thing I've ever had. Talking to them is the worst.

I think that we have lost the abillity in our society to judge what is really a crime. Most likely the lady has never been involved with the dealing side of mj and didn't know that growing a plant could land you in jail with murders and rapists. Like others have said, why waste the tax payer's money? Why frighten the lady? Sad. This is how society treats their elderly?
