Seems like a long length to go just to try and convince someone your still their friend, without actually being their friend. Most people just don't answer your call, or are forthright about their position. The run around is impressive. But of course there's always 6 sides to a story. Something tells me if Gaby wants the cut back, he'll have little problem aquiring it.

There are bogus cuts but the real one isn't nearly as tightly held as it once was.
