skunk va is a person that chem traded his 91 cut too and when chem lost/tossed the 91, vaskunk was they only person who he could get the real verified cut back from a few years later...

That '91 Chem looks great!

....The Really Funny thing is,there's only ONE "'91 Chemdog" Clone that I've ever been aware of,that moves around. But plenty of variants seem to pop up over the years,regarding Chemdog and Sour Diesel
It's amusing,but untrue.
Chemdog has had one "keeper" clone from 1991,and that is IT. I know this because we discussed it personally,several years ago.
I've seen people try to "create" variants of the same clone,simply by renaming them several times over the years.
In one particular pot-friendly state,they rename heirloom cuts ALL the time,and I believe that's what happened here-a "regional (or personal) rename",if you will. It's not that it's not "'91 Chemdog",it is-but it's the same "'91 Chemdog" Clone, Everywhere.
In closing,it can be called "SkunkVA" or simply "Chem91" and it's the same clone,either way.

thanks everone for the history lesson. she is lovely .as for lineage claim rights i will take your word for it rez. i actually would have loved to think of that cut being from or in virginia , i would have covered that state from east to west tryin to find it. being i live so close . well a man can dream .

Chem 91 is an amazing smoke. Very intense and more on the heady side for chemdawg genetics. I can see partially where Sour Diesel get's its trippy / deep thought high from.

i agree on that biohazard. after i smoked it i was like OK i see where sour D comes from for sure. i was surprised in the skunky sour chemmy fuel smell the 91 has when dry. it didnt really have a skunk to it on the plant but cured its got a different smell. the smell of this herb will sell it, well that and the taste, talk about fuel to the next level. the fuel flavor coats the mouth like crazy! im not a big sativa guy, but if im gonna smoke a sativa this is the one. its not racey at all, which is why i dont like sativa. i have anxiety so i smoke to chill with my condition. this stuff gets me in a happy mood and is relaxing for it being as sativa as it is. i think that this crossed to a double purple doja or another indica strain like deep chunk or something to that effect would be sick. im going to cross the white with this and a few other things so watch out for a skunkmaster personal cross thread coming soon fellaz ~SMF~

Completely, the smell and taste are out of this world. It has a different high than the others in the chem fam I've tried (Chem D, Tres Dawg, OG Kush, Chem 4, TheOne, Candy Chem [not DNA]).

I wrote sativa, and it does have a more sativa personality than Chem D for instance. However, you are right - It's not racy, or it is a little but has enough relaxation to balance it out well. A clear headed buzz and sativa like stupor when you smoke enough. I appreciate Chem 91 on it's own, but I really love the added flavor and indica presence that were added in the accidental crossing that made The Original Sour Diesel. I've grown out some TopDawg's Double Underdawg as well, which is Chem D BX x Chem 91.

Anything x Chem 91 sounds good to me, but the White would be a good balance. Maybe reversing the Chem 91 or another mother and crossing it to LVPK or Apollo 11 =]

91 crossed to the LVPK would be great. i just crossed the LVPK to my grape ape male i have from original stock. i call the cross sin city. i havnt ran tests on her yet but plan to pop some soon and see what comes of it. also hitting the 91 chem with some grape ape. i also used a white D (white x tres) male from top dawg seeds that was almost pure white pheno. i have a ton of crosses i still need to sort through and see whats what. thanks for the input thought my friend....happy growing! ~SMF~

Got some white x 91, and bubba x 91 on the vine. Well see...

also hitting the 91 chem with some grape ape. i also used a white D (white x tres) male from top dawg seeds that was almost pure white pheno. i have a ton of crosses i still need to sort through and see whats what. thanks for the input thought my friend....happy growing! ~SMF~

I have a cut that is supposed to be chem 91. Got it from a good sourse along with a few others like chem 4, HA OG, Tahoe OG, Fire OG....

Out of a dozen different strains the Chem 91 is VERY sativa looking. I will take a pic but the leaves are straight thin looking sativa leaves.

Is it a different cut or is the Chem 91 a sativa?
