600w Grow Journal: sage 'n sour, og kush, purple kush

just LST'ed a lot more toady. Took me a full hour, and about 45 wires to bend all the branches. pushes my 15-16" plants back down to 13". my room has litterally 1" on all walls. im out of horizontal space. it was needed because the 5 gal transplant cauesed my potbound plants to grow 1" overnight. ill post pics in a few days. Flip to 12/12 Monday the 22 (30 days)! stay tuned folks

heck yea bro I just bookmarked your grow looks like you got it going on! Did you get those gnats figured out? If not I know what will work . Anyway, those are some super sweet looking bushes man I wish I could grow with a 600 but my space is limited. You should definitely get an exhaust fan because at night your gonna have such big buds the humidity will be crazy high and you'll have to watch out for mold!!! I'm glad I made it right before the switch! PEACE BRO

gnats are figured out. i let the top soil get really dry after a heavy watering which killed most. then watered heavily and transplanted. with the new transplant i added more dry soil on top, and they have not shown up on a bit. exhaust fan is next on the list.

10/23 (day 2 Flowering after 30 days veg)

Garden is still flourishing very well. temps are getting high, and smell is beginning to become a small issue. i can see that i will need to get some new equiptment, but i got some of this gel for now. it actually works great. smells like fresh linnen.

canope is still quite even and about 15-17



preflowers are taking off.




we are going to get a 4" vortex inline fan soon to keep humidity and temp down while flowering. also will get an elf carbon scrubber for the odor. i will probably mix that with this Ona gel.
here is a picture showing my current exhaust fan (its gona go hense its x'ed out) and a circle wre the new exhaust will go.

10/31 (flowering day 8)

we are on day 8, and little buds are starting to show them selves. the room has begun to stink a little bit more every day. they have also grown about 4-5 inches since flowering started. i hope they stop soon, because i am running out of vertical space for them. i still have them on the flora nova feeding schedule and i will be switching them to pure bloom formula now instead of a mix between grow and bloom fertilizers. heat/humidity 80/50
i will be adding molasses starting next week.

Sick those mazar tops are beaut's! 600 watt I can't wait to get one I'm running with a 400 as of now, pretty simple feeding schedule huh is this one of your first grows or do you just like those nootes? I've never tried them myself. I heard that your supposed to use molasses in the last couple of weeks for fat sweet swelling buds right? But you say your about to use it now? What's it do exactly, how are you using it(how much per gallon). I want to start using that shit, also what kind of molasses are you using? thanks bro, PEACE

i use these nutes based on recomendations, and simplicity. it includes a micro nutrient, and some bloom enhancer's so its a generally well rounded nutrient plan. i have been adding molassas every other watering, and ill keep adding it more and more when i get to about week 4. i have read that it just has some sugars and carbs that are easy for the plants to eat, and you can add it up to the last watering, so its just a little boost. and i use 1 teaspoon per gallon. there is a huge molassas thread somewere, just trying searching for it.

11/6 (flowering day 14 overall 44 days)

got some photos of them without the red lighting of the HPS. All plants are growing very fast, and the buds are making huge progress every day. we are introducing spider mite perditors tomorrow. the infestation is light, but we want to fight fire with fire and get the job done once and for all.

The buds are big enough to get some close ups. i didint even see any trichome coverage on them untill i snapped these photos. you can see the little immature heads poping up. The exception would be the purple kush which infact does have some sugar surounding the buds at this early day 14.

i meant 44 days of overall growth from day one. i plan to go as long as needed. tentatively for flush sake, i will go 67 days on the mazar and Sage n Sour and probably plan for 70 days on the OG and Purple Kush.
i am happy with the results so far, cant wait. I guess the hours and hours of reading forums and books is paying off now
