First off thank you sneaky for designing this cab . Its not done or perfect but for someone with no carpenter skill it is coming along.

Great start!!!! I see you've discovered that black caulk to light seal the inside. Hope it's paintable if you're going to make the inside white.
Got a little tip for ya that I picked up from OG last year. You can use that caulk to make a gasket to light proof seal your door. It's better than trying to use weather stripping. Just squeez out a bunch on the cab & put a thin film of vasoline on the door where the two will meet when the door is closed.
Then just close the door for about 24 hrs. and let the caulk cure. Presto!!!
You've got a perfect impression of the door where it meets the cab.

a hinge would be great. Did you want to do 2 doors,1 for the fan and ballast section and 1 for the light? Also let me know the exact carbon pellets and airfilter to use for final exhaust. Thanks again

Sleepy the last picture is the upper final stage of the exhaust. It is from the side of the cab and pretty stealth hopefuly. Thats where the activated carbon pellets go rapped in panty hose and then rapped is a carbone filter that looks like mesh.

First off fuck spray paint and spray paint primer . I almost took my self out. Its a waste of time and health. I figured that out after a an hour and thank god I had a small can of flat white paint . I found a pretty small brush so this took for ever. Tomorrow I will get a roller and apply final coat. Also the black caulk does not take paint too well so I will add some white tape when Im done to the corners.
