My greens are doing well but bolting due to heat and little rain. I just got a nice dump last night and more Forecast today. I got to get the energy to go spray my fruit.

My peppers didn’t sprout for a long time and are only a few inches tall. Ughhhh.

I’ve got a hodgepodge of shit growing as I left some things last fall for seed. Now some things just kind of started growing where I didn’t expect. Oh well..

Definitely get some fruit trees!!

I just had my son over and we were shooting the bows. I made smoked pork short ribs using a dry rub and the 321 technique. We are fortunate enough to live about a mile from a great viewing point for fireworks. So, we just sit in the car with music playing and the AC blasting and enjoy the show.

Sounds like a good time. They didn't do fireworks here unfortunately, so we just had a cookout. They have fireworks in lake George this weekend but I don't wanna go be surrounded by tourists.
