I got seeds I popped June 1st of some black beauties they are almost a foot tall now. The beefsteak I started early may indoors. I also have a Brandy wine, a Berkeley pink tie-dye, and Cherokee purples as well. And a couple random cherry tomatoes. Beefsteak are seeds I harvested from a tomato in 2017 I grew.Looking good Jay. I think I started my tomatoes about the end of April inside. Then they went into the greenhouse about May. I just framed out my small greenhouse in my shop. Then set it up outside. It has the same covering on it for 3 years.We are looking at greenhouses for next year. I want a decent size one that I can leave up year round.
I personally don't top mine. I prefer letting them do their own things and I'll lst and some defoliatingDo you top your Autos? Starting to think that's been my problem with them. Maybe I shouldn't?

I am lucky enough to get free greenhouse plastic. It's heavier at 6 mils than the cheap stuff from the big box stores and it has a UV resistant coating on the outside surface. I framed my walls 6' and my peak at 8 feet. It works well for everything except photo period plants.What kind of covering did you use Tim?
