I was having a hard time with them being healthy. They just were missing something. Couldnt get the ec set to somewhere they like. I took the advise from a wise farmer to make the switch and blammo plants rebound and are kicking ass with in 2 days. Ive had a few people advise me to switch I guess better ratios with the flakes

Were they just not getting that "nice dark green" look? I've always had that problem in veg but as soon as I flip it's like they magically snap out of it.

Maybe you're on to something.

OK. I just may have to switch to aqua flakes. Your not the first person I've heard this from. I know "theherbalizor" posted once that he would be switching to aqua flakes after using Cocos many times. Its really to bad he's no longer around to answer how he liked it as he was very experienced using h&g nutes and an incredible grower!!!!

But if your noticing improvements after only two days of use that has to be a good sign!!!!:woohoo:

By the looks of your plants they don't seem like a "stretchy" plant. Kinda like my last grow I grew purple kush and all those bitches wanted to do was bush out!!! This round I'm growing rockstar x kush and I'm assuming cause its a kush as well they will want to bush out as well? Do you mind measuring for me how tall your plants are from the top of the pot to the top of the plant please? Trying to figure out what the minimum height should be for my scrog table. :tiphat:

Thanks bud!!!!:thank you:

Also about the aqua flakes. Did your wise farmer friend say if cal-mag could be eliminated when running aqua flakes?

The wise man said he used NO calmag and thats with ro water

My coco plants are bigger than I wanted. Im going to take off about 4" tomorrow then install the trellis. This strain stretches enough (2ft) that I dont have to be weaving thru a trellis til I flip. I want them right to the trellis then I flip them.
They look so stalky because Im slammin em with 1k ushio and co2 in veg. I have a mom in the tent and its lanky looking.

Instead of taking 4" off the top could u not spread plants out a little more then that should cover your whole ares????

With your new tables have you figured out how your to going to do your scrog table?

Hey bud. this is my second time brewing tea and my first time ive checked the EC of the tea. i stick my Blue Lab Truncheon into the 4 gallons of tea brewing and to my surprise i get an EC reading of 2.6!!!!! 1850 ppm!!!!! Is this normal? 4 gallons of water, 4 tablespoons of foliar and root pack, 1 tsp nute pack, 1 1/4 cups of EWC, 1 1/4 cups of of alfalfa meal and 4 tablespoons of maxicrop seaweed kelp. sounds awfully high to me! let me know what you guys think. was planning on pouring this tea into another 20 gallons of water so thinking i should be ok this time but for the times i wanna do straight tea i would think this would burn the shit out of the plants!?!

I've never checked the ec of my caps tea, but was always under the assumption that organic ingredients wouldn't register on such a device. Could be wrong though.

Ya blew me away when I say an EC of 2.6 flashing!!!!! :bigeye:

Let's see an update Biggreen:biggrin: its been what, 5-6 days now on Aqua Flakes? How are they responding? What else you feeding them besides the aqua flakes now?

LED look back a page there was a update Friday I believe

I would cut the tea with ro water or light nutes. Your getting all that ec from the ewc, alfalfa, and maxi. Cut them back a little bit and it wont be so high. Usually mines around 1.6 ec.
Ive added mine pure tea a bunch of times and I never checked ec

Hey bud. Just wondering. Do you ever exchange the air out of your sealed rooms? Like at the end of every light cycle?

Never change out air. Im in there working all the time and I leave the door open. Th e cool thing is when Im working in the room the co2 goes way up from me

So have you finished a few grows with your CO2 yet? I know you've had pretty damn consistent results before, just wondering how large of an impact its made for you.

Just one grow with co2, and I tell ya what.... I will not grow without it ever again
The plants grow so fast its nuts and they stack up and swell faster and bigger as well.
The nugs were all rock hard

New rooms will all have minisplits and co2 tanks.
I only went thru 2 1/2 20 lb tanks for the entire grow
Kller stuff
