Hey everyone

Well thanks again everybody who helped organize this event, and everyone who came and made it the success it was.
I really must make more of an effort to ask people who they are, if I don't allready know! There was loads of peeps that I've seen repeatedly over the last years, and still don't know the username. :pointlaug

Getting the room in Haarlem was deffinately worth it. So much nicer than being in busy Amsterdam. I'd also like to mention that everything in the Sativa (room, toilets, shower) was always spot on clean, just for those interested in staying there.
Oh, and you might have the privilidge of Nol popping in and joining you for breakfast. :biglaugh:

Ok I won't bore you with personal thanks, I'll get back to each of ya in time. :D

Here's some pics...

Yea, wish we could haved smoked some more together, music was too loud to talk. You already back home?

Gypsy paid five digits (euros) for an evening with 'concert' bands...that's what you get... :woohoo: LOL These bands don't play for a few hundred euros, they are much too famous. Talking is best done in between sets...or when they finish playing. Oh well, we tried to secure the very best in live bands, they have an incredible sound system for sure, one that can easily blast 'concert' style.

Maybe we should get a lawrence welk type band for softer music next time? LMAO

Yeah, sorry about that, chairs were ordered BUT didn't arrive :bat: ...doesn't come as part of the venue package...nothing like stressing at the last moment, but was unable to be corrected in time.

INDICA - GROWER CATEGORY
1st: Peacemaker - Midnight Gardener
2nd: Double Dutch - Mosca Negra
3rd: Mental Floss - Moppel

Isnt Kiwi seeds a seedbank? :D :D :D "The RULES for entering in the Grower's Category is that the grower entering is NOT affiliated with a seed co.." thats what DG had to say...."Hi all, Thank you for the support from some of the readers on this forum,I dont usually place posts on forums, honestly im just too busy with work and related things.

I grew up in South Africa and came to Holland in the early 90s. My father taught me alot about breeding, he grew up in amsterdam snd brought alot of genetics to and from South Africa. I still have a Durban Poisoin strain from the 80s that he gave to me before he passed away.
I came to amsterdam to start growing indoors, and it was always my dream to work in a growshop, I worked at one of the biggest growshops in amsterdam for four years before i left to gather genetics from the world, just before i left i met Tim who was just starting Kiwiseeds at that time. He explained his "vision" of a new style Growshop that offers expertise in all fields and of course he had some great genetics that i had not worked with yet. We traded e-mails and i went away for 8 months.

When i arrived back Tim was setting up his Growshop and had teamed up with the Dampkring coffeshop to create The Dampkring Growshop. He asked me if i want to help out with things. I did some work for a a few well known breeders in amsterdam, but i felt most at home working and breeding for Kiwiseeds. Tim and his bro can make any stain look like a winner, this made me always try better them and we got along good just producing awesome crops. Then came the Mako which for us was a winner already before we entered it into comps. We won the cc cup for best sativa in 06.
We are still today blown away by the success we are having, with winning Highlife cups and Champions cups in spain and of course the Icmag awards are still sinking in.
I am grateful to get a chance to work and breed for Kiwiseeds,
Thanks to the Icmag for the awards,as a breeder this means alot to me and all the boys who help me everyday.
Big up to all the breeders in amsterdam.
MidnightGardener" and thats MidnightGardeners post so obviously, he works for a seedbank / is a breeder so maybe it was this one? Im not dissing anyone here, no way, Kiwi stuff was all good, I think it's just a mixup, why would anyone do it knowing it aint allowed?
