Hey guys!
Just noticed this 400W club thread, it's awesome to see there are so many others ot there using the same light setup. Gives me a lot of encouragement!
I am using the SunSystem 500 MH/HPS ballast, and I cannot find the glass tempered insert anywhere. Keep getting the run around, any suggestions???

wait so im confused which is better for small grow areas?? a mh or a hps???bcuz i have a grow area thats about 40 inch tall n 6 ft by 6 ft ....im going vertical for this one and i dont want a lota heat so my plan is to thro a 12 "fan in the middle of the plants pointed up at the bulb and a 4 inch vortex fan n scrubbersucking the air out at the top above the bulb???? am i on the right direction here?? i kno its hard wthout pics but i hope u guys can get wat im sayin haha and maybe thro anthr 10" smwer i dnt rly kno lol but other then the fan thng i thnk im set.......actually 1 more thing??? wer do i buy carbon? fer a scrubber? and do i just thro it in the filter and fill it er only half way??

ok, this is my first post, i'm currently on my third go around...
first round turned out well, i grew with cfl's, and besides a mite problem, it finished rather well...
next i was given a clone and vegged it out and butchered her for clones untill i ended up with four clones that actually took... the mother ended up dying and the four clones, though sickly, went under the 400 digi...
after a breakdown with the blower, where i had to use two 45w led panels for about a week, things have smoothed out again.
i started flowering the day i got the new blower up and running. i'm about 11 or 12 days into flowering now... i'm just using BC Bloom right now, trying to play it safe till i learn a bit more. speaking of learning, i'm currently reading up on here about pruning, something i'm now paranoid of, due to the butchering of my previous mother plant...

i'm guessing this counts as another notch on the 400 club belt...

Here comes a picture from 5th week of flowering. It's the Uran-1000 home hybrid strain.
I use a 400w HPS and the brand is Gib Flower Spectre.
I also have an AK-48, but anyway, here's a picture of Uran-1000 bud.

Hey guys, I just got a new cool tube and 400cfm fan hooked up to my 400 watt...
...The temps are fuckin' amazing with the cool tube! Its close to over 100 degrees outside and its at a constant 77 - 82 degrees in the room...82 being the high around the hottest part of the day. The room is usually around 76, so the cool tube is only raising the temps between 1 - 7 degrees
I have a 400 CFM inline fan hooked up view 6 inch ducting that leads to my attic and vents outside. The room is only 153 SQ FT, so the fan is moving a lot air. The intake for the fan come from the grow room, but I leave that room open and it gets as much fresh air as it wants.
Before I did this setup, temps went up anywhere from 10 - 20 degrees

The bubba is a clone, and in the setup picture, it is the tip of the triangle.
They were planted on the 8th of may, and have been in the containers you see for a few days over a month. Gonna fig out what im doin with the bubba and try to switch to 12/12 soon.

Everyone in here has got some nice shit going on!

I have 3 White Widow seeds under 2 CFL's, I attatched some pics and I'm open to some feedback from you guys.. I'm running a 20" floor fan, Is it better to have the fan from the top blowing the air down or is it Ok how I have it?
