It depends on what strain,nutes & patient i have, but 400s rocks.. This is the 400w club & if u go a few pages back, u'll be able to get a picture of 400w yields ... With cheap nutes on my last chronic grow i got out like 2 & 1/2 Oz of dried & cured buds from 3 girls...



















But better nutes & doing it by the book u can get more than that...
600 is better... the more wattage, the more yield

I desperately want a 600w to use with my 400w. Right now I am running 400 hps in 12/12, but throw in a 400w MH for 6 during mid hrs. I also run a 400 MH for veg. I don't get incredible yields because I use soil, but rocks give you much more...want some rocks badly... Perhaps a gift for the new year.

I don't agree with u on that one my freind, I'v seen huge dense buds in soil grows & not only me, if u take a look in some soil-growing threads or grow-diaries u'll see that i'm right. I'v seen great results on cheap soil grows too...

My bad, I meant with me, personally... I can't veg any longer than 4 weeks... really, not enough time. I could veg longer, but space is limited, so, I have to make choices. Looking at what I get from soil and what some get from rocks with the same time period, using 400s, like, me, I believe, I don't get enough.

Yeah, I know soil growers get big yields, but with a little more than what I am dealing with. Also, I am not the best grower. I can only spend so much time with it, so it is my fault I would imagine.

Again, soil growers are proud and I am not taking anything away, I am one right now and have been for 7 years, soooo... and as you see in the above pic, I have had some nice grows, with vegging for about 2 months, and in a place I don't have anymore. My current grow, and my last one from seed, really has got me wondering WTF.

I have 4 Ice Cream, 5 Menage a 3, and 5 Pures from seed right now veggin... they will have had about 6-8 weeks from seed, and I have decided to use my better nutes now, so I will run a post, perhaps...

I better get some good shit. ... I haven't had a good one for a long time. But, with that said, I will try to take a pic of some small plants in FL right now with about 4 weeks left. They are looking better, but only about 3/4oz when finished per, at most...

Np my freind, nothing to excuse . Your plants look nice & fine, nice cute set-up but careful with those plugs & wiring while watering your plants. I vegged my current grow for 39 days from sprout, don't be so upset cos even a 30day veg is not bad.
About soil i guess it depends on what soil, soil mix or soilless compost cos they vary abit from one another, Nutes too.

Hey fellow 400 watt growers I've got a request, can you guys post up your pot size and yield for said pot size? I just got my 400 watter rockin' a couple days ago and wanna know what I can expect from my 6.5 inch pots. I realize that veg time and strain are factors but just post what ya got.

Hello jam master jaco , On this run i tried these 1gal growbags cos b4 sexed them i had 14 plants in a 3 x 3ft space, thats why i used them but althaugh they'r small so far i'm sorry with yield at just 37days flowering... I use a 400w MH...

Thats one nice grow!!! I have allways SCROGGED or SOG grown under 400W, but after seeing your girls, I may just grow some out a little longer before flowering. Good Job man.

Tnkx Nickel bag, i vegged them under the 400 too but now for my AI clones i'm using a small veg-cab with just 4 x 23 w flouros, at least till these finish. yes , i always veg for 5-6weeks...
