What is wrong with people like you. This is a growing website for a plant that is illegal almost completely worldwide. We should all be trying to grow as much as possible at all times without sacrificing safety and freedom.
Over grow the world man, that's the point. I'm not trying to knock closet growers with a 400 or floros, but y'all don't understand. Personal use is fine, but when you have people depending on you for meds or a relaxing smoke after a hard 8 hour work day, demand becomes huge if you grow killer herb.
Plus, most full time growers put in as much hard work if not more than your average 40 hour a weeker. Don't hate, grow more yourself and see.
Maine seems to have some pretty down to earth laws, let's see how it developed after dispensaries start to open.

Your missing the point. 30 days ain't shit in a local county jail in Maine compared to other parts of the country, and hes obviously not referring to his son. He means his friend, and 10k is a set back and business expense, a lot better than losing your freedom. Your completely missing the point, which is Maine has reasonable laws and sentencing compared to much of the country.
This thread should be motivating and uplifting, you should not be bummed out.

Okay first, I don't have a closet, I have have of the area of a two story home. Second, marijuana has come a long way since the sixties. We're not hippies and the cops aint going to listen to that crap. The police are looking for a way to sodomize you within the full extent of the law, neighbors are looking to rat you out (sometimes for pay, sometimes not), and there's always someone around the corner trying to rob you, or knock you off. This aint your daddies game man, I'm sorry for trying to pull this guys head out of his ass.

I have been talking to a lawyer up there that does a lot with marijuana and he said the Maine DEA is looking to cross deputize local cops into feds as while and start to go after the money. Also any possession over a pound is considered possession with intent and is a felony. Also with the fact that I don’t think the dispensary model or the mmj laws more so will be that popular because of who is running the program and the desire of people not to put their name on some state list with the same people that also take their kids away unlike other states the possession of up to 2.5 ounces is just a fine so tell me why some ones going to want to put their name on the registry and out themselves when they could just stay of the radar and you are only looking at a fine up to 2.5 ounces and just looking at a misdemeanor for up to a pound. With all this and the fact that people cannot sell product to the dispensaries under the law I really don’t think people are going to want to buy high priced dispensary weed with all the issues it might present. I guess time will tell.
