I tried shrooms (and acid) for the first time at 21. They completely and totally changed my life for the better. I'm ashamed of who I was and all the bad shit I did in life before I tried psychedelics.

For your addiction problems i would recommend some ibogaine.

Deal with your past traumas so you can go on with your life, also reset your brain to a point where it doesnt need anymore substances.

But if you have kidney or liver problems, it can maybe be dangerous for you.

Lsd or mushrooms, lsd can help alcoholics, but i think youd need a nice dose of real L, not some light dose, really give you a good introspection

But honestly, ibogaine for you, but you need to readup on it because it can be dangerous.

Any woods around that you know well?

Eat some mushrooms, drink some orange juice, and take a nice long walk through the woods.

On a side note, I think you're just experiencing the anxiety that comes along with quitting drinking. I'm a month or so ahead of you on that train, and I'm still dealing with it a bit myself. It does get much better though. The important things are relearning how to deal with your problems (booze is an easy way to NOT deal with your problems), eat well, exercise, and remember that the anxiety is just a feeling of fear. Keep living your life and make positive choices every hour of every day. You'll be fine.

Acid / mushrooms work wonders... Just be somewhere familiar where you feel comfortable , warm and safe.... Don't be around any dickheads or people who will fuck your head up.
Then a day or two of eating good and resting to let the ol brain re order itself.
Just be prepared to see yourself as you really are with all the front peeled away!

Good luck man , no one who asks if they are a bad person can be all bad- otherwise you wouldn't give a fuck.

im gonna try shrooms for what its worth. im not all bad just mostly. i should probably be isolated from society in the wilderness where trees can be my only victims. i just dont feel like it is fair that others have to suffer interacting with me. im a scorpion and they always end up stung sooner or later.

Its true scorpions tend to sting

They are also vengeful (will remember being hurt forever) and can be complicated.

Scorpios are good at passion. Ruled by dark Pluto, they can turn on the other signs at 500 leagues when the wind is in the right direction. With pheromones like these, Scorpios don't need any other aid. Beyond the bedroom, Scorpios know how to make money and influence people to the degree that they can become quite powerful and respected. Intuitive and sensitive to everything that goes on around them, they can get the edge in almost any encounter. Scorpios generate the kind of excitement that draws people like magnets, and give their projects an air of mystery and secrecy. Scorpios are deeply possessive, and like to know everything about a person or enterprise they are involved with.

The trouble is, they start to enjoy manipulating, and become ruthless in pursuit of their desires. Make sure your love of power is balanced by humanity, because things get really ugly when a Scorpio goes on a power bender

The Scorpion and the Frog

A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the
scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The
frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion
says, "Because if I do, I will die too."

The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream,
the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of
paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown,
but has just enough time to gasp "Why?"

Replies the scorpion: "Its my nature..."

my funny answer was gonna be "post!" but "i'm a scorpion" ain't funny...

might want to study epistemology - the study of knowledge. once you study it, you can reason your way past what you think you know :p

i don't know what you've done, but being concerned about the future more than the past is sensible. try not to be so sure about things - you may have been raised to believe things can only be a certain way, or can't change, and that could be doing the most damage.

a leopard can never change his spots. thats all i really make of it. i think it has to do with genetics. everyone or almost that i am related to is pretty fucked as well as those generations before mine.

you see, society has got all these devices, pitfalls like - i call them memetics - to basically fuck people up.

fucked up people are a resource because you can manipulate people who need. a lot of the way society is is designed to hurt people.

the belief in science for instance is *referential* - dependent upon so many observations you are incapable of making personally - it is a *referential authority*

areferentialism, or autonomy, is inhibited in western civ. it is implicit to things like buddhism. which is why westeners have "perception management" so that they cannot grasp concepts like wu we because they've been shown some hippy dippy wrong but appealing way to look at it.

okay - genetics? genetics apparently mutate. who knows how absolutely.

there is an amount of scientific evidence that outlook affects physiology. a creative outlook *with as few existing definitions as possible* allows for the most elastic state of being. if you study epistemology, you can appreciate that knowledge is impossible. there is no absolute proof of knowledge. while this may seem like messy logistics, *it is the heart of other, widespread, recorded cultural outlooks*

eg. the chinese classic "journey to the west" regarding sun wu kong, "monkey awakened to emptiness" - it is this absolute nescience that absolute integrity of intellect produces that is conveyed in this thought.

convictions make convicts.

like this buddhist analogy for life.. "guy goes to a farmer and says he'll sell him a wife for $100. next year, the guy comes back and says "your wife had a son, play $200""

knowing may make you feel good and proud and patriotic or whatever but you're kinda selling yourself the wife right now. the western expression is termed "epistemological solipsism" you can look it up and understand how there is, definitively, no possible knowledge except self knowledge. it's a natural concept in other cultures, but a hideous, alien one in cultures where certainty is used to exploit and control.

i like to talk shit but i'm out so have a good one and don't get too carried away with it.

what would you do if you knew you were a bad person and were only going to get worse?

this reminds me of an experiment by genesis p-orridge.

i guess a lot of the audience at a show were skinheads. to convey some kind of amusing mental image and set a scene.

during some "song" he gestures and starts calling one half of the audience "bad" and one half "good". this was in the eighties when things were kind of dark, and apparently things got kinda tense and divided in the two groups.

A leopard doesn't change his spots.
But you are human, with a mind that allows you to analyse your behaviour and change it if you ain't happy.
Honestly, if you were that bad you wouldn't even be concerned
