Can I use the sea green with Fasilitor? Are you using the sea green for every feeding or just once a week or just on your base days?
Thanks
I dont I use it on the days I give base and alternate between sea green and Fasilitor on the APTUS days I have not done it together . But im always trying new things.
Hey Jack,

Do you prefer the medium or large adjust-a-wingsfFor 4' light spacing? Also how large is your space on your 20 lighter?

I have a 25x25 room with 24 lights all air-cooled. Looking to switch to the open bulb a-wings for more lumen output.

Your shit is killin it

turbo
Large Adjustowigs for 1000 watters medium for 600's. I dont remember the exact size of the room but some where around 25 x 30 but I will double check.

aptus is the wave of the future.
:woohoo:
Hey Jack what kinda rates are you running your Sea Green? I started at 1ml/g but have gone to every other watering with that and seeing pretty much same results. What you thinkin over there, i know you tinkering....
Ya bro im always tinkering I think in soil twice a week is a just right in soil. And COCO im currently alternating between sea green and fasilitor. from week 3 flower to flush Monday just base nutes, Tuesday caps tea,Wednesday just base, Thursday Aptus with either sea green or fasilitor, Friday base, Saturday sea green with Aptus , Sunday just base.. im pretty much at 1 ml per gallon for Sea Greensea grren in with it
after trialing the aptus believer pack i'm inclined to agree ,,plus if its good enough for Jack to use on such proffesional medical rooms then its good enough for me :woohoo::tiphat:
Ya buddy

did you notice the sea green bubbling alot? thats been the main complaint with them makes the reservoirs all foamy....how do you deal with that?

love the new room pics...if i move down your ways il be applying for a job lol. too bad im stuck with outdoors for now but id love to rock a big indoor room one of these days....biggest issue is finding and securing a damn spot! every warehouse i find has some kind of problem with it

vagpuncher damn first time 27 off 22 shes a keeper! my GF just prunes and trims...
Yep it does make's shit bubble turning off the air pump will help but what I do is mix my rez with my nutrien and right before I hit the timer to feed I dump the sea green in. I also do the same with my tea, Rite before I feed tea I dump sea green in with the tea this is the magic ticket.. The leaves will look so green and glossy and growth will explode..really brings out the smell and flavor in strains..

Thanks for showing the clone room, would love to see more from inside there. Looks like you're using a 600/1000 MH over the rooted trays?

You never did drop details on that physan 20 soak you were taking about..

Here's how mine look at day 10 every single time :)

Jon, when you say your gf 'rocked a 22 lighter' what does that entail? Just curious.. you're lucky bro, girls in the garden are usually better than boys so long as they can handle the mess ;)

MissPuff,

Do you know the post # from where you read 1ml/5gal? I remember he said he was going to 'put together a tutorial' a while ago, but never did..

Said he puts them in the fridge for up to two weeks in a physan 20 solution or something.

Jack,

What size is your tea brewer? I remember early on you giving specs for a 5gal bucket but clearly that is nowhere near enough to supply your rooms. I built a 100gal vortex brewer, highly recommend it to anyone out there making teas. Also check out MicrobeMan he's the dude when it comes to tea info (microbeorganics.com).

I've been bummin for a minute over at the other site since you don't post much over there anymore.. it's weak over there... Then I found you over here! Super Stoked!! , Anyways... holy shit you're still rockin and rollin it's great to see, and motivating as always Jack!

I noticed that you're rocking RW now for clones instead of the aerocloners from when you were doing the UC's. I remember you having some gnarly clones in your cloners back then. Why did you switch it up?

how does physan20 compare to eagle20? looks like its myclobutanil free which is nice but is the alternative effective?

also i see no need to dip fresh cuttings so early...usually wait til they are veg'd a few weeks before i hit them with anything. if your cuttings are getting mold right after you root them its time to chalk your mother plant...

an Ez cloner is great for the Under curent but the system I run now rock wool works much better for the coco beds. plus I would need way to many ez cloners. Glad you found me Bro!!:woohoo:

we use Physans 20 to preserve un rooted cuttings when we have to take thousands of cuttings we store them in plastic bags in the fridge the cuttings are dipped in a very tiny amount 5 ml per 5 gallon of physans 20 in 5 gallon bucket of RO.Then The cuttings are dipped then placed in plastic bags a couple hundred per bag and put in the fridge we have stored them up to 3 weeks and they look perfecet but usally a week or as soon as we can root all of them in either rock wool or straight to COCO . :tiphat:

Hey Jack, amazing. Been watching for a long time and have now become one of the cult followers. Been rockin AN for years and getting good results, or at least what I thought were good results until I heard your numbers. Made the switch to Aptus w Sensi base and CAPS bennies on a 10 lighter thats now in week 4 and I'm blown away with my day 24 results so far. so once I turned over my big room, this time i'm doing Aptus and I'm glad I did. Few details of what I'm doing before I ask my questions:
Soil beds with 12-14 plants a light, watering 2 times a week. Billy at Aptus told me to water with my base and Aptus w all boosters twice a week so I have been and it looks amazing. Problem is it will cost me about $1500 for the 10 lighter and $7000 for the larger grow IF I keep on that schedule. Now, if it keeps on track, that's still well worth it but if I can get same results without using full line both waterings each week, more $ in my pocket.
Questions:
1) would you water both times with full line up as the feeding chart recommends?
2) if not, what would should the second watering consist of?
3) right now I'm mixing CAPS bennies in the second watering of the week which is the lighter of the two watering just past mid week. Would you use it in first watering or second as I'm doing? Or figure out a way to get it in without mixing it with Aptus and Sensi?
I know it's my first post on here and it's long first post at that WITH questions, I appreciate any knowledge you could throw my way. I was on the other site and stopped watching when it seemed like you stopped posting and only found you over here after googling Aptus trying to find a shop in Sac that sold it. Thanks again.

Nice on the feed schedule...thanks for the heads up there. Looks like i should drop a base feed a week and add a tea feeding a week. Ammending a buncha soil for the next run, so something similar should work even better. Funny everybody addin sea green (feeding and ml/g) and you and me are down to like twice a week at 1ml/g. lol. Saving money and keeping results. This run i fed the amnesia way less and gave way less sea green...probably got as big/bigger buds this go around. excited to try em all in a moderately cool soil mix.

Basically like a humic additive with bennies. Used plenty of humics, the addition of bennies from it is what made the difference IMO.

what made you think to try the physan to preserve clones Jack? Obviously it works I ask because it's just something that never crossed my mind to try.

As for eagle 20 or physan? Considering physan is a fungicide it actually can be used with good results for powdery mildew. It does break down within a few days but as far as i know it isn't intended for edible crops.

As soon as people start talking about 'cult followers' there's a problem (Honey Boo Boo). Sounds a little pathetic..

Also you should be making an AACT with the CAPS, don't just toss it in with your mix. Chances are you're wasting your money. But don't take my word for it, ask your leader Jack the Genie haha..

This whole thread has gotten way out of hand, people are a little too quick to follow when they see gold - maybe they're just green.

There's plenty of growers out there like Jack, he's just one of the few that chose to post up. Please don't idolize the guy, after all he's only a guy..

The cult thing was a joke. Yeah, there are lots of growers like Jack, and yeah, he's the only one showing it which makes him different because he's accessible for questions. I don't want his autograph, just his opinion. I'm not switching to coco, I'm not using a drip system and I've been growing 12-14 plants per light in beds before he was showing his UC on the other site. I'm not switching the way I do anything except the nutrients and the bennies. I've done well consistently for several years hitting what I believe to be good numbers, but if I can humble myself and learn more and improve from someone who's getting better numbers, then I'm stoked.
Lighten up, he's doing some amazing things while giving others the opportunity to learn from them while he is also learning from his own trials.
I am following CAPS tea recipe and then adding it to the nutrient feeding, not just dumping powder into a res.
