You can also use the leftovers for cooking into butter or oils.

And when using buds. Have to be dry or can be fresh cuted?
Either fresh or dry. Use .5 g buds and presmash them in a garlic press between 2 pieces of parchment. Throw the little disk between some fresh parchment and squeeze.
Sorry I forgot to tell you that deal you wrap your bubble into is a 25 micron pressing screen cut down.
You can press buds straight onto parchment although it would be beneficial to use a screen to keep contaminant out.

Whenever I attempt to make rosin, I don't seem to get a return lol
Get a 2" wide straightener with a dial setting. Not just on or off. If you're using bud pre smash them in a garlic press. Same way with the bubble in the pressing screen. Then press the shit out of it when in the straightener. I put my full body weight on it. Using a glove or hot pad helps not burn yourself.
