This will be my first full run with her. Last run I took them down at 6 weeks because of mites and everything was falling over. I ran them in 2 gallon smart pots last time with happy frog and ewc teas. This time it was 5 gal smart containers, Tony's super soil, and RO water. I did water with a 100ppm mix of the dirty at first. It's been RO since. I might hit them with another shot of the dirty though. Not sure if I need to though. I was using it to ph the water to 6.4, but the soil should buffer the ph. I don't know if they're 2 liters yet, but they're getting there! The terpenes on this one are incredible. Very rich smells. More so than my last run. This soil is great.

For sure. Got a press coming. Went with the Rosin Tech. I would rather use rosin rather than bho. The taste is so clean. I've smoked some cup winning bho in Denver. I would rather smash buds or bubble and smoke rosin.

I'm not saying BHO isn't a good thing. I just like rosin better. It's also all natural. I've got some really stable rosin from my trim from the last year. 190u is the only thing I've pressed, but it is so stable that you have to be careful when collecting. You can feel pieces flicking off when you scrape. With the stable stuff you just need to get big globs and press them. Some of the stuff is sappy. So many variances with the same product.

Hey, you can get 3 dabs out of a .5 g nugget. It's no laughing matter!!

Get a hair straightener, some parchment, and some bud. There you go. Caught up!!

So here's what you need.
Hair straightener
Heat proof glove or hot pad
Parchment paper
25 micron pressing screen
Nuggets, bubble, or dry sift.
Something to scrape the rosin up with

160u Bubble from trim.

Fold it up. EDIT: Here is the part about folding the 25 micron pressing screen.

Smash it flat.

Squish it for 10 seconds or so on low setting.

Results.

42% return on the first press.

I did get a bit more off a second press but it went straight into my lungs. It was sappy and required a cooling pad to get it off the parchment. Might have been .2-.3. So 1.38-1.48g of shatter off 2.82g starting material. That's 49%-52% return off of the 160u.
