Mean Mr. I'm orig. from South Carolina. Lots of cottonmouths there. We do have Lake Mead here but still not sticking my arm into any dark holes. lol. Have seen the guys with the missing thumbs and fingers on tv doing it and talking about how much fun it is though. Losing digits to turtles and bitten by snakes is not within my realm of fun.lol More power to the guys that do it tho.

Pretty good fishin' in the carolinas! Really good fishin' off the carolinas!! I caught a 90 pound mahimahi the last time I went out there!!

Crappies is FUN,and good.As a kid we used to fill buckets of em up,fishin the bayou around all them cypres stumps,ahh,sweet memories!Cleanin a 5 gallon bucket o crappie suck's,but eaten them......thats easy!

Hey RR it's not so much the snappers and snakes ya have to worry about it's the muskrat and beavers you have to look out for. That's what makes them holes in the bank, and as you could imagine they don't like people stickin there hands in there homes... LOL... This really brings back memories for me... it WAS a lot of fun ! later... BC ps. yes...
I still have all my digits, they're a little scared though... lol

That's a pretty nice walleye. I'd be proud of that. Nice catfish too. I've never caught one but have family that fishes them. The Walleye I've caught. My biggest was 31" and a little under 9lbs. You had a hog SweetNightmare.

Up here they use Kittens as Musky Bait.... well I guess some people do.

I wanted a kitten and went riding around looking for Free Kittens. I found a lady with 3 and she asked me, " You aren't going to use it as Musky Bait are you?"

I looked at her " Are you serious?! Musky Bait? Kittens? " she gave me the kitten, guess she could tell I never even knew people did such things.

I get to fish every once in a while...

I built a 3 acre lake on the farm.. I thought i would be able to get a little fishing in a couple times a week being as it is right here.. I do less fishing now than I ever did.

I still catch some nice cats out here though.
