I tell ya what was even more impressive. Trump won by a landslide with almost the same amount of votes as 2020 but somehow Kamala got 8 million less votes than Joe

I think at this point surgery may be your only option. Bad part is it’s not reassignment surgery so the government likely won’t cover it. Hopefully you have private insurance
