Those are what I call TREE bro!

Sorry about the exploding nutes what a fricken mess to deal with! How are the C99 doing?

Thanks for the compliments. The c-99 hasn't done anything super special yet, but she is growing like a beast so far. I am expecting big thangs.

Exploding mess......Yea.....That sucked.

looking good, what size pots outside?

Outdoors I just placed my last couple plants in 100 gallon pots. I also have some in 200's, most in 400's, 2 - 800's and 2 - 1000's. The 1000's are 5 yards a piece. Lots of room for the ladies to stretch out.:tiphat:

hi foothill . what is the temp in your nuts storage area ?
congrats for those trees you have :) .

My nut storage area? Like my boxer shorts? Just playing.

The storage room is my cure/dry room. It is set at 60% humidity, 68 degrees and is always in the dark........No reason for explosive nutrients.

Nice grow man. May I ask are they single plants in each of the 800's and 1000's or are they beds? Seems like a lot of extra room even if they end up being 30 feet tall. I know you got reasons so I'd be more than happy to hear, :thank you:.

In the past I continue to grow in bigger and bigger containers. I see the return diminish as the pot gets bigger. However, at the start I was growing large plants in 65 gallon containers. To finish a 3 pound plant, in a 65 gallon container, I would need to water 2, 3 times a day and feed the heck out of it. The same 3 pound plant in a 200 gallon would only have to be watered once a day, and the extra soil would allow a bigger charge on the plants "battery." (levels of fertilizer that the soil holds) The largest you could grow in a 65 would be around 3 lbs, but in a 200 you can pull 5+ but then your feeding and watering like the 65 described above. Now that same 5+ lb plant in a 800 gallon container might not yield too much more, but wont need as much water and extra fertilizer.

If this was charted out, on one side of the chart you would have pot size, and on the other you would have yield and ease of growing. As the pots get bigger, the plants yield more and are easier to take care of. However the graph would be slopped, because you can't grow one plant in a 10,000 gallon pot and expect 200 lbs from your plant.

This all depends on genetics, weather, the grower, ext. But that is my theory and how I came about it. I have yet to finish a season with my 800's and 1000's but so far they seem to be as big as I would go.

Edit: yes, they are 1000 gallon per plant. Some of my beds do have more than one plant, but the 1000 gallon smart pots only have one plant per pot. See the picture of the AOG I just posted. That plant is in one of the thousand gallon containers.

So I have been informed about a shady seed company that everybody should avoid. Especially if you are American. They openly hate on American's and if your order doesn't arrive, they act like they are doing you a favor because America doesn't allow seed sales. Strait up hating bigots. Here is a thread with copy and pasted transcripts with people from their company.

https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=329324

So in the future, just buy from Seedvaultofca1 on Instagram or HolisticNursery.com. They actually have legit genetics, not some fake line up, and are happy to take care of American's. This bigotry has to stop in all forms, and I will never make a purchase from a company that hates on the country I live in. Period. They call this their truth, I call it hate on every level. You know KKK members truth is black people are less than white. I guess these people think Canadian's are greater than American's....and choose to tell every American that uses their site.........same hate.

Crop King Seeds are bigots

LOL, did a quick count of strains.....Seed king has 30 strains available for an average of over 110$ per pack of 10. Not including the cost of shipping. Also, they have no recognizable breeders on their page.

Seedvaultofca1 I stopped counting around 200 strains. Breeders like Bodhi are 70$ delivered to your door. They don't ship with sex toys either....... They are always having Buy One Get One free also.

So that's over 7 times the selection, for a fraction of the cost. Hoping anybody that reads this will use Holisticnursery.com instead of this Canadian seed bank.

Goin hard on the canadians seedbanks! I respect it. I get all my seeds at dispensaries or the emerald cup, never used mail order although I can see its benefits especially if you want something that's not available locally

It's a sore spot for me.

About 15-20 years ago when I first started ordering seeds, I tried to order from Reeferman. Very first order ever, sent in my money and waited. Nothing showed up, and after many e-mails, I was told they can't send seeds to America, but they could send some tulips and clogs if I wanted......(he was in Amsterdam) Very first order ever, I got ripped off.

As the years went on, I would try new seed banks and commonly get ripped off. Then a seedbank that may or may not be affiliated with this site, lost it's owner to a jail in the Philippines, and then I got jacked for an early Rez Dog pre-sale release. Sent in over 1k, and got zero in return.

If I had to estimate, I have lost over 5k in seed orders over the years. The one thing that pisses me off more than anything, is when these sites steal your money, then blame it on US laws. US laws don't require you to steal my money, you can always send it back!!!

So when I heard of this Canadian seed bank not only letting one of their customers information get stolen, but also treating him like crap because he is American, I just can't stand by and let that happen. Like the OP said in the tread I linked, "these are the kind of people we cannot allow to run this industry." I couldn't agree more.:tiphat:

Hey what's up man! I tried your e-mail, and the number I had for you. That wasn't your answering machine then I take it huh? My wife can't use both IG accounts on her phone anymore, so she uninstalled mine. I can't get DM's on that site on my computer. If you got my number, call and leave a msg. I never answer during the day, outside most of the time. If you don't have the number I will PM you my e-mail.

The plants that impressed me the most quality wise was the Appalachian Thunder F_ck. The flower are so dank, just creamy, milky, and pungent. Not sure how potent, would guess between 20% and 25%. The main problem I find with the ATF line is the hermi prone problems. I went through around 100 beans of ATF crosses from Bodhi and a large % had issues. I really enjoyed the line, but I think I am done with it.

The plants that got sprayed with nutes are a total loss. I might be able to soak them in water, then chemically extract from there, but I can't even look at it. I am broke, put out almost every dollar I have on this year,(that not invested, I know, 1st world problems) and I was hoping for some relief.... O well, shit happens.

From what I gathered on the last DM to my wife, if I read it and understood it correctly, you have been having a real hard time lately. I really hope I read that wrong, but it sounds like either way things are piling up on you? Sorry to hear man. If there is anything I can do, let me know. Like you said, gotta keep your head up.:)

Tell your bro I say what's up. :tiphat:

WMICoastal - you see what Calaveras is up to?

If you live in Calavaras, get signed up today! You have till Thursday to register, don't be left in the dust. Congratulations you guys, way to lead the way. Hopefully Tuolumne county will follow shortly behind. Then it's time to liquidate, and invest fully in the cannabis industry.
