Sup guys, thanks for the interest.

First thing is paying fee's.
You have to sign a contract which asks for product labels on all fertilizer used on the farm, and any other soil inputs used. These all must be on their list of approved materials, or have an ORMI or equivalent rating. Then you schedule an inspection of the farm, where you must have wash stations, proper drying locations, locked areas, ext (I believe this is listed on their website) and the inspector also takes soil samples which are tested for pesticides and fungicides.

The inspector will also evaluate how much product you will yield, and asses a 5$ per pound fee on top of the standard clean green fee's which were around $2,200. That fee goes into marketing for Clean Green.

They also seem to be super friendly about networking farmers with dispensaries, like Harborside which pays an extra $100 per pound for clean green.

I will let you guys know after the season if it's worth it.......lately everything I touch has been turning into absolute unbelievable disasters. I think I complained a little in this thread about when it rains it pours, well that downpour keeps on coming....... Can't go into everything, but the latest disaster is just unbelievable....... I will share my pictures and story once I get a hold of the company in the morning, and let them speak on the issues first. Just unreal luck though, just unreal......

I honestly don't even have the energy, or will, to explain this.......... I will give a quick run down...... over a month time, three rounds of exploding nutrients, and the last round just ruined my existence last night......Thousands of dollars in damage.......... Exploded all over my hanging product.........lb's in the garbage, floor boards destroyed, walls destroyed, exterior of my building destroyed....... FML sometimes. Just can't understand why or how these things continue to happen to me and me only. Company says nobody else is having these issues.........

Anybody have a rope?

You dont want a rope

I know, I know. My life is so great in so many areas, I was just being melodramatic.

What gets me down is I do my homework, spend good money, and things like this happens. Dripworks one of the best sprinkler companies around sends me thousands of feet of defective drip lines. AEA sends me exploding nutrients. I could go on, but what just gets me down is I thought these were quality products, put out by respectable people. No brainers. Now I am doubting everything, from the quality of the products, the integrity of the companies, and the quality of my judgement. The latter being the most concerning to me.

well, we've all had shit happen to us, you seem to be doing better in that department than most.. thats some total of losses..

your not mixing grow and bloom liquid concentrates together are you? or backwards, bloom then grow??
but if it (nute explosion) only happens to you, then ???? Ydat? every 'event', except for the off-gassing N-P-K tubing event was always traced back to me. I know it does no good now but for WIW, I like dry nutes, JacksPro... been on them for years after I was educated on the ridiculous costs of liquid ferts..

who dat is

Shit that sucks man. Maybe it's time to switch it up though? Top dress dry organic ferts don't blow up and spray shit everywhere. :2cents:

Hang in there

Shit I'm making sure I keep my products in a tote I can't imagine that smell either.
I've bought Romex wire from home depot that was defective... keep your head up. Without bad days we wouldn't realize the good days.

Thanks guys.

Bad Romex? I have ran miles of the stuff and no defects that I have ever found. Bad luck on that one also.

Went and picked up 100lbs of BioLive for top dressing. Still deciding if I am even going to use my AEA products anymore.

The caps are vented but they get clogged. I worked for a company that had problems like that, we quickly got out of the fertilizer business (total pain in ass trying to fix it and move through it), it was blowing up in stores lol, great marketing trick.

Sorry to hear about your explosion. It does happen to other people and their nutes blow up during shipping all the time. Mine were damaged but they (were notified by fedex) waited for the damaged nutes to get shipped(from fedex facility) back to them before they prepared another order for me. IMO they should have packed up another order immediately upon notification bof damage.

Biolive is a good choice. I was all about topdress and fish hydro only until I jumped on the AEA bandwagon from watching the forum.

Good luck, I hope it pans out OK for you.

Ha! I've got a couple old english bulldogs (a little longer legs) a brother/sister combo, what a pair. double trouble. the sister was the runt my girlfriend begged me to get "pleeeeease babe please can we get the runt?" no it's too many damn dogs "pleeease ??" ok. she (the runt -not my girlfriend) loves to get rad and run thru my greenhouse (knowing damn well she's not suppose to be in there at all) like a tard on crack- giant smile on her face, took out my corner plant ollying over the corner of my raised bed, and her brother - i call him genius who will jump out of the back of truck to attack and kill passing trucks, unscrew and help himself to aea bottles and eat and dig up anything, then come in the house and puke all over the place. bless their hearts. gotta love em.

Man, I could sit and tell stories about my bullies. Characters they are. I used to live in the Bay Area, Ca, and the bulldogs loved that climate. Now I live in the 100 degree heat in the summer and they have problems at those temps. So I may pass on the English Bulldogs for a while, but I love them to death.

Was planting my last pots/beds of the year for the most part. c-99 from Brothers Grimm. These were not available before 4/25 so they got a really late start, but lets see what they can do.
