Much respect to you for organizing and running such an efficient operation. I believe earlier in this thread you said your scrubbers were Can-Fan's 150's,is that correct? How have they performed at eliminating odor? You are probably very aware of odor control considering the size of your operation. And I was curious how your units were performing and if there was any leakage of odor to the outside. What a wonderful show you have got going.

I'm a little concerned that one filter per room might not be enough, and if that's the case either a third one (since the air between the two rooms is recirculated between flip/flop) or a VaporTek will be added to deal with it.

a nice layer of perlite cut them down for me some, i have a few i sprinkled crushed up mosquito dunks on.. bayer use to sell a bottle of bti it was just mosquito dunks but allready crushed up.. unfortunately i cant find it no more

asher1er, Gnatrol has worked wonderfully in both hydro and coco environments, and is very easy to apply. From what research I've done, you don't want the liquid (since liquid is no longer in production, and any in liquid form is likely too old or close to it), but instead the powder. It's not cheap, but it's worth every penny.
The A/C works fine the way it's set up, but I regret not having spent more time learning about split units and air handlers. In hindsight I really wish I would have mounted the air handler in a sideflow orientation either on the roof of the room, or sideflow / downflow with the air handler hanging from the ceiling of the room. And closer to the wall joining the two rooms would have made the plenum system much easier and simpler, and allowed me to duct the bottom return/intake plenum instead of relying on passive exchanges. Next time I'll know (much) better, but for now just dealing with a couple of headaches.

I am guessing not a lot of takers on that one. Much easier to talk shit (err, I mean market your product) than prove it in a study you are not controlling.
Do you use the SM-90 as a foliar or in the feed? Do you use it for any other reason than PM prevention?
Great show...funny how those little details always tend to turn in to a bunch of extra work.

rambam, the Big Boy is simply acts as a de-chlor for us; local tap water is very good, about 35-40ppm but contains chloramine. I think it's just a sediment and carbon pre-filter, the first two (?) stages of a typical R/O system. The carbon neutralizes the chloramine (and chlorine).
If we had to deal with well water or other too-high-PPM water, "diluted" R/O would probably be the first choice. I don't believe it lowers PPMs much or at all in our case, but in some high-PPM situations I could see it maybe.

Micro, really nice set up and well thought out. I helped some folks set up a 2k room and they are new to growing, so for the first few we are using 2 gallon bags with FFOF. I thought soil would be easiest for new folks. But my prob is what nutrients to use. I have some extra AN and some other stuff. In my home I only do small grows due to space so I have tried numerous different brands, but for them I am trying to keep them from getting involved in the nutes and all the hype. But I have become confused myself at what I think is best. I liked the AN stuff but your comment about snakeoil sales men is the feeling I get, so not 100% on AN. So what would you recommend to someone just starting. The eventual plan is for them to have coco DTW in 2 gallon bags. And do you recommend going to the SF expo? Thanks again for your advice.

Richard Gozinya, I've never used GH FloraNova in coco, but have used it in hydro and hear folks are having good results in coco with it. I've never used Botanicare's PureBlend Pro, but have seen great results here and Botanicare's system seems simple enough for me. As far as what I have personally used, I find that GH is a very cost-effective and simple solution that really performs. It gets even better for DTW, because the cost per gallon is about as low as it comes.
I'm not particularly tied or otherwise loyal to GH, just that I've had good results with it and believe in their fairly simple and cost-effective products for the most part. I've used Canna's A+B before but don't feel that it gives the end user enough control especially towards the end of flower. I also feel that their products are slightly "watered down" and a bit more expensive to run.

You have the right idea, I would highly recommend you build an inline duct muffler and insulate the ducting to battle noise. After making sure that the bends / angles in the duct are efficient, etc. A "commercial" (SunCourt brand and similar, anyways) duct muffler is simply an inline duct piece with a larger outer shell to accommodate the filling of insulation material around the bore. For instance, a 6" SunCourt Muffler is more or less exactly:
