The mexican fruity stuff was similar to durban poison grown outdoors in durban (but better) or like durban poison from this czech guy (for those that might know him) and like some pure haze (14wk+ stuff) i tried.

Only downside is i think there were some seeds in it.
Since the us booming marijuana industry, mexico has imported less and less of their pot and more and more coke, meth and heroin. I would think it would be stupid to bring in bum weed if people wouldnt buy it/got high off it, especially 15 tons of it.
