Quick question, have you run the AK-48 before? I'm thinkin about givin them a try and was lookin for suggestions or pointers. Hows the quality and quantity?

I have grown AK-48 before on a smaller 400 watt system. Without a doubt a worthwhile strain. Shorter flowering time is a plus too. Yield is also decent.

Nice grow man. My mom just gave me some Thaitanic seeds to grow out for her... yes my mom. How is the growth on it? I want to throw it in on my next run but don't want a 12-14 week stickler. Thanks man, lookin good!

we are not 100% on the origin of our thai, and as such i cannot guarantee growth characteristics/flowering time.. however with that said.. we took ours down at or before 9 weeks.. and she was nice and vigorous.

I really like the Thaitanic. Growth is mostly main cola dominant, tends to form really fat dense buds only along the main stem. Prob not the best for a SCROG set up but my guess is it would work wonders in a SOG scheme.
Keep in mind flowering time is a little longer for this one around 9 weeks or so although an early harvest ~8 weeks will still produce good product with a strong high.

Yeas and as papulz said not 100% on our genetics.

Good looking grow! We have got a similar taste in strain selection. I am looking forward to seeing how the Mikado turns out. That was my very first pack I ordered, and it never came.

This is my first run with the new movers. So far at 32 or so days the buds seem a lot larger than they normally do. You really do have to keep the track lengths around 3 feet max or light restriction becomes an issue. I'm hoping the real benefit will result in more dense buds because the movers reduce heat and add to light intensity. if only 1000 watters

Stick around and I will keep ya filled in, its around day 47 for us now and I will be posting another update in a week or two.

Where did you pick up your island sweet skunk genetics? I've been smoking that strain for a while and i absolutely LOVE it and want to take a crack at growing it. I've read that Next Generation and Federation both carry genetics from the same cut...so i'm not sure what it what. Thanks for the help.
