Update: Day 17 of 12/12

Wow...so, I hadn't seen the room in a couple days and when I walked in today I was simply amazed. :yoinks: The Bubbas had minimal stretch and now are starting to pack on our lovely 'fruit'. The Hindu's and the Rom had little, if ANY stretch and are packing on nuggies as well!! :woohoo: So, as promised...here are some update shots!! Thanks for stickin with me!! :canabis:

......ARRRRGGGHH!!! My camera batteries are dead and I don't have anymore :wallbash: uuugggh. Sorry everyone...expect pics VERY SOON...

Hey Spo, much love one that grow. Absolutely beautiful. Couple of questions if you don't mind. How high from the bottom of the net pot do i set my clone thats rooted in rockwool? In other words i don't want any light to get through to the water as i am using the 5 gallon buckets and the clay pot is deep. Can i fill the pot up with hydroton until the holes are no longer visible and set the clone that high off the water and top feed? If so how do the roots that aren't dangling in the water stay wet or in other words how do they not dry out? Can i have my water touching the bottom of the clay pot or even a little higher so that it's in the clay a little? This is my first DWC grow and would love for it to look as good as yours so thank you for your time as my hydro store isn't the best place for info.

Why would you use clay pots in a 5 gal. bucket...Get some Bucket lids w/ built in net pot so the roots can grow through the pot and into the water...Or if you already have plain bucket lids just get the net pots at the Dro' shop they are only about a buck a peice, probably cheaper than the clay ones...if you don't have drainage in the pots the roots will mat up in the holes and cause problems IMHO...:2cents:
