Sounds like a lot of good things are in the works for ya bro!! Glad to hear!! I haven't had any problems with the feed lines clogging, but I also use E&F screens in my controller.... Flora does have a lot of shit in it lol.... I would use 3/4" and maybe a stronger pump... I will have to take another look at your setup.

Yeah, I am using the Flora...probably cause I started the the GH 3 part and sort of graduated to the Flora...alot easier dealing with the one bottle...

What nut. regiment are you running currently? I just know what my rig can produce and I wanna make sure I am giving them the best possible....

I hear ya - completely. I have used almost all of em. I have been using all Botanicare stuff for the last few years, and am VERY happy. I used the Pure Blend Pro (Grow/Bloom), Liquid Karma (which is a pretty murky additive, but doesnt seem to clog), CalMag, AquaShield, and Sweet (during flowering). Yes, I know its a few bottles, but it is a very easy nutrient mix for anyone. Botanicare has designed it all to pH balance itself, which makes things really nice. Not to mention, a good starting spot is just to mix 1/3 of the high dose for everything and its usually damn near perfect for just about any strain.

IMO, Botanicare's lineup is the best around....

Sweet...I will go see what I can find out about the Botanicare regiment....

Oh, here's a couple pics of the feeder rig I built last night...it can feed all 16 buckets with a couple of shutoff valves so I can shut down a side if I need too...8 feed lines on each arm with a 1/2 nipple coming out of the Tee connection to attach the control resi too...Just waiting on the 1/4 grommets and tubing...It should work from what I have read and concluded...nothing like a live test to see what happens..!

Looks really good man!! Yeah, I ended up using hard PVC 3/4" for the piping on a lot of my recirc. setup at the house...only because I ran out of poly hose lol.

Cool......Don't wanna clutter up your thread so if you wanna take those pics down that's cool..just wanted to get a second opinion before I ran it live...I am almost sure it will solve the clogging problems though.
