AK99 & Jack the Ripper 12/12 from seed

AK99 & Jack the Ripper 12/12 from seed

These ladies started under 12 /12 October 29. The first to sex did so 14 days later. The others followed shortly thereafter. So I am counting flowering period from November 12. If this is not a mistake, than these ladies are in day 28 of flower and raging. I believe that I have stunted them as I have not kept track of the PH, which I measured today at 4.5 to 4.9. So I adjusted all to about 5.5 and hope that they keep up this vigorous, robust pace of flower production.

If they're 12/12 from seed, they've been flowering since the day they broke soil IMO.

Thats the way I count anyways...

Looking good, haze-silly! They certainly are budding vigorously!

For 12/12 from seed, I count from when the seedling breaks the soil, like jrw. That's the way Atmosphere does it also. So, if they started on Oct. 29, they are on day 48 of bloom. Hal (the starter of this thread) counts from when they show sex.

I don't follow your math. If they showed sex on Nov. 12, they have been packing on the bud for 34 days, not 28. No?

I disagree with your view that you count sex from the day they crack. If I am to stick to the breeder's estimate of 8 weeks, there is no way that you can count the first two weeks of life as flowering, as all they are doing is establishing roots. Just like when you take clones. You don't cut and immediately put into flower... you have to go through the process of getting a healthy root system established before the clone starts to grow vegetatively...

So IMO, sticking to the 8 week schedule (as opposed to going on constant review of trichomes) I've got about another 3 weeks of flowering left - then I will let them go an extra week to flush and max out the tric/weight production - this goes for the AK99, the JTR will need some extra time.

Just thought id post a lil update on my micro grow op with a SADPxS1 12/12 from seed.im not too sure when she first flowered but if i had to guess its probably about day 27 flowering and 62 from seed.She looks nice and healthy. well ill leave u guys with some pics.... let me know what u think....
BTW, im not really concerned about yield, this is for a hobby and experince.Ill one day have more room.Hell, we all gotta start somewhere right. :joint:

Wow! Far out! I love the combo of most techniques covered here in I.C. Mag. Very nicely done. I just did my first "crimp" of an unruly girl. Always learning. Carry on!

Here are a couple of girls I am growing 12/12 from seed. Herijuana x Pbutters. Both are short little plants but two distinct phenos, hope to get 1/8, maybe 1/4 oz from each if I'm lucky.

Hi yall, was thinkin about doin a coupla dozen 12/12 until i see preflowers and then put them out in the spring sun to flower, mid march- midmay. Is there any advantage to doin this other then saving elec. Bigger yield maybe??

Hey all! Have been convinced to give this a go, will be running three different mostly sat hybrids and reporting back. Am planning to run 16 females in ~4litre pots in a 2ft by 2ft cab under a cooled 400W hood. The only question I have is if I should start them under a MH or HPS bulb? Also, if I do start them under MH, when should I change over - when they start flowering?

Wonderful plants all of you !
70 pages of information, I know I would find all the answers I need, but it's the exams time and I have to spend lots of time studying.
I plan to do a micro grow (a cabinet 80cm - 32in tall) with a pure sat - Cinderella99. Have any of you tried 12/12 from seed with C99 ? I am concerned about the height of the plants, as they will have only 50cm - 20in of growing space. I was planning to use 6.5L-1.5gallon pots, as I could fit 4 of them in my cab.
Would it be better to go 12/12 straight from seed, or veg for few weeks, LST and then flower ? Thanks in advance for your replies

Start with MH then depending on how big you want them, put the HPS in when they start to pre-flower :joint:

I more liked ak-48 ,than Destroyer.Ak was not solitary plant,In that cycle in the same way grew 2 Destroyers(Canna Bio Gen) with 5 week veg and White Rhino(Nirvana) on 12/12

IMHO:too much.
I used 1,5L pots , one of my grower-friend use 0,5L pots for 12/12 from seeds.And also,I advise to use HPS whole cycle.
