They are the Magnum 8" hoods and two Blockbusters for the non-scrog.
hmmm...8... well what do you suggest in hopes of tippin it to 10? I have supplements such as big bud and overdrive but I dunno if I should add nutes with the run off being so high.
My win strategy is to mow everything above the net and any chunkers below it and then give the popcorn an extra week or two as they are far from ready.
yea in my experience if your having lock out & def probs already, more nutes isnt going to help.. although if your able to flush everything good and gain some control and you are still looking for something to pack weight on, i would suggest overdrive. i am not using it this run b/c i am trying to keep it organic and simple, but overdrive absolutely packed on weight for me. i think you use it during weeks 5 and 6 or it could be 6 and 7.. i cant remember for sure.
Its the high humidity man I promise you if you can get it at a steady 50 percent and drop it more in the last few weeks your yield and quality would increase. I know gas does its job better at 85 but I personaly try to keep it a lot lower more like 78.I have been growing for 15 years man Ive had complete crop failures and have seen what high humidity can do to quality and quantity. Adding all those different additives is not gonna help lowering your humidity and temps are your best bet. And for the guy who says he grows in 90 plus with 70 plus humidity and gets quality I say bullshit there is no way.
Okay got the ac on pretty much non-stop with temps in the 78 range. I'm ready for a color show!
I haven't been able to give them a real flush per se, as I don't have any drain lines for the 4x8s. I use a shop vac to clear em and it's a bitch! So I just water them every so often, each time creating run-off.
how do you plan on flushing the last few weeks then? sounds like you gotta rig some drain lines lol! id do it asap, flush good now, get lock out / def probs under control, and they will be nice and happy for their last few weeks of life.
OH yea -- i forgot to post earlier, i dont know if you are still having air flow problems through your hoods. but with 10k i am assuming you have 2 rows of 5 hoods. from those pictures i couldnt tell if you were using any duct booster fans, but if you arent i would recommend getting some. atleast one 8" duct booster fan in the middle of each row will help the air get thru those masses of hoods. 5 HUGE hoods is alot of angles and valleys that will cause some serious turbulence in your air flow, so something right in the middle of the line should help to push things along. they run about $25 at home depot or your local hydro store.
I'm really tryin to get everything chopped around the 18th so I'm watering a good bit now. I really can't stand this soil bs and having to slave to get my shit watered so I wanna get it down asap..but if it's too premature then it'll get more time. The ppl I know growin the master pull in 8 weeks or like 55 days. The purp nice is supposedly a 6 week strain but it seems otherwise. It's possible that it could be the sensi seeds version and take up to 10 weeks but this seems unlikely as many don't buy seeds in norcal. Most of the pistils are still white so I haven't bothered with the scope yet.
or if your lucky your local hydro store might have them pre-wired for the same price. thats how i got mine :x but yaa, like mhm said -- they are def worth the money, they arent crazy powerful or anything but they do a great job helping to straighten out the airflow in big lines.
ur having nitrogen deficiency and low ph, check ph run off i bet its 6 or 5.7 cal mag gets locked out a 6.5 . so you need to feed maxi grow 10-5-14 at 700 ppm ph at 7 for few waterings and watch them take off then go back to bloom to finish them off. maxi is really low in nitrogen for some strains and really brings down ph that makes mag lock out as soon as the ph goes up in the medium the girls will be happy. trust me i know what im talking about. btw sm 90 is organic all you need to do is spray plants with plain water a week after using sm90. rh of 60 to 70 increases growth rate till the last 2 weeks of bloom. then try and drop to 40. maxi can really frustrate people if they dont know what its doing, and the yellowing seems to happen often but its just the plant wants more nitrogen and magnesium. your leaf tips are not burnt een a bit so ur not overfeeding. make sure you check runoff ph if its too low ur soil is too hot and causing deficiencies. a kool trick is to flush your medium with diamond nectar and water ph at 7. the diamond nectar alows for chelation and that means that while you get your ph up to 6.2 to 6.4 in the medium nutrients will be taken up at lower ph because fo the chelation.
btw indica strains like very hot during the day and cold at night like the mountains in the middle easter area where they come from. they often get temps over 100f and lower then 50f at night. this makes them pack on the resin but the humidity must be low.

9 lamps barebulb, 10btu of a/c. mid august harvest date. and 14lbs harvest with simple 2 part ferts, monster bloom and molassis.. temps sat over 90 with lights and humidity was never lever than 65... i lost about a half lb to budrot, for a 13.5 pound finish of quality product...
sorry to say but your "failed" crops speak for themselves.. i have been growing for 14 years, and iver yet to grow a crop i couldnt care for well enough to be considered failed...
check out my grows before you call bullshit... do i have to take pics of my thermometers, to prove what my average room temps are???
my horizontal garden sits around 34deg c at the canopy.. and i harvest quality???
Nice grow cracker. Soil seems to allow lots of room for error especially with the environment. My aero cloning attempts are proving to be quite the contrary.
I think I'm gonna give them 2 more weeks for 9 total. Some of the smaller plants have a few ambers but I'm sure my patients will appreciate having buds of various maturity. I'm inclined to add a little overdrive to my water for a week because the yields are looking frightening!
I was hoping it was an N def but the leaves on the bottom aren't yellow like the ones on the top. Run off was like 6.5 and I would always water at over a lil over 6.5. I can't wait for this shit to come down.
