I've ran nft tubes with great success for years and wanted to try bio-b's so I built it and did just as big toke,s design. I went with pbp soil mix with lk and cal mg for nutes instead of gh. Now within 2 days of adding nutes to system I had an explosion of brown algea. I attributed this to the (organic) nutes and decided to experiment with the problem. I inoculated the system with companion. The clones were already in place when explosion happened. Funny thing happened.. Brown algea started losing the fight and I noticed my plants starting to burn. My conclusion on this is the bb's turned the brown algea into food and started burning my plants. I added water to tank to dilute and plants just went crazy growth. They look very similar to these now. I haven't fed them anything in 4 weeks now and the brown algea is there but looks to be on a losing battle. I'm not so familiar with these types of sytems. I've been a sterile grower. I bring this up cause they look just like yours. Anyone got a better idea on what's going on?

Update 7 days 12/12
The plants are looking great I have been removing leaves like crazy cuz these plants are so dense and are easily overtaken by PM. So here they are stronger than ever.
Here is a pick of a little hair starting to come out now that I flipped the lights.

I have been having to trim the shit out of these ladies cause there is so many large leaves covering up bud sights and lower nodes. Here is a before and after of the trim job.
Here are some bud shots got some nice nuggets forming for sure. Enjoy

Thanks Zero, the buds are forming up nicely. Iam having high humidity problems it stays between 50-75% and I keep finding Powdery Mildew in a couple spots along the edge. I have been doing neem every 3 to 5 days and it keeps it at bay. Today I read certain bacteria in compost tea will kill it so I foliared with some high p guano compost tea and it did kill the spots that I had seen. Gonna do that again soon hopefully it won't come back. Part of the humidity being up is my ventilation plus it has been raining outside and it leeks in and causes the room to have humidity. Thanks for reading.

Yea i really need to get one do you think a little small 2 liter one would take care of it. The reason I don't want to by one is cause the humitidy outside is affecting the rooms and right now it is rainy with high humidity which will last only another month or two if that. So I don't want to spend to much money on one thing I only use a couple of months out of the year. If anybody has any leads on a small dehumidifier around 30 bucks or less let me know cause that what seems to be in my budget.

yeah but you will be draining it everyday or every few hours ebay is probably your best bet but otherwise i would spend the money mold is a killer to buds i got mine from homedepot it cost about 159 i believe but the great part about it is it has a hose connection so you dont have to worry about dumping the bucket.

Highonmt This strain is 7 to 8 weeks flowering according to the guide that oaksterdam gave us when we bought the cut. These nugs should be filling out nicely.
TND about the dehumidifier is a big issue we don't have the cash for that larger one but we may see what we can do. Thanks for the advice. I will post some pics later today.
