    Nah, they could be but i hack them back hard every two weeks or so. Plus i'm spiraling them and weight training the main leader. This pic was on 4/20 the plant in the picture was 151 days old. The one to the right( my left) is 121 days. still too cold to plant in the ground.

    Even >.03 plants are included. I assume it's because it would take lab testing(tax payer money) to determine if the plant is narcotic or if you are innocent. Just too much paper work and us peasants aren't worth it.
