Dark heart nursery grow.

So I picked up 5 clones and 1 seedling from DHN. I have them in my 4x4 with some other clones right now under. Spider farmer 4000 LED. The strains are

Magic melons
GMO Cookies
Blackjack
Kush mints x Strawnana (seedling)
Blue dream
Romulan

Since I don’t get out
To Ca often is like to keep these for as long as possible. With that being said, should I turn all these into mothers and clones off them for my grows ? Or should I clone off each grow and forgo the mothering process ?

I noticed some discoloration on a few of the clones I brought back from Cali, however the clones with the problems were not the Dark heart nursery clones. It was the green crack I got from the dispo.. so it looked like a deficiency of some sort to me bc I can’t find any bugs with the naked eye or the 40x scope. I’ll attach a picture with the fan leaves on it. Let me know what you think. I did a precautionary spay of plant therapy yesterday and another today with some other stuff MGT recommend, I can’t remember the name rn. Anyways. It doesn’t seem like it’s been getting any worst, so hopefully it’s getting better.

I put them Under the 40x scope I didn’t find anything. The problem has not got any worse in the past 2-3 days. I’ve been alternating plant therapy and aza max foliage spray treatments.
