Skirt Chaser

Skirt Chaser

Ok, here is my rendition of the famous Skirt Chaser.

Here are the things You need
Fresh Button Cap Mushrooms
Sweet red Bell
feta cheese block
fresh spinach
Thick peppered bacon
Kitchen twine
Red Onion
Skirt Steak

Set up a clean work surface. You can spread parchment on a table if you like. Wash your kitchen string, and rinse well.

Slice your vegetables and spread out your Skirt steak on the parchment.

i dont know. but most desserts are way better with whipped cream ,i suggest the canned pressurised and some chocolate syrup. just sayin. and forget about finished grilled shots. all 3 of us are already digesting most of it. the rest will be thinly sliced and make killer sandwiches tomorrow.

i love shrimp. looks good ,mahi mahi also , salmon not so much my taste.both my ranges are older than me. they make cooking fun .i had an electric for a while a bit back ,and it got trashed by me. i mean i got mad an trashed the pos with an sledgehammer . the old lady didnt wanna replace it unless it was broke. we got the yellow one for now as it is the same stove my old ladies parents had according to her when she was growing up.if my gaffers dont make it back into kitchen it will stay outside or in my studio apt being built in garage.i got gas or can go propane with it.

And maybe some bacon wrapped dove breast..

On top of that? How about some slow cooked, Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat beer braised pork ribs, cooked 4 1/2 hours at 240 degrees before even hitting the hot grill.. Just fallin' off the bones, baby!

picture.php

Cool.. Lets put this all together and see what we've got...

Mmmm... Sunday dinner :D

Honestly, if I had any paper plates, I probably would have used them tonight... Man, if only there was some live music around..
