Morning Folks! The sun is shining and it's gonna be close to 60! Sorry if I got a bit morbid last night, Maggie is getting older and while cutting 'shit wads' from her coat, I lost it. I was a mess. The last thing K said this morning was, 'everyone needs a good cry'.

The list is long and the day is short. Ya'll have a good 1:

Good morning

a balmy 38 here in the PNW and some predicted snow this week

living off grid has its challenges , keeping the propane filled , hauling water , doing laundry , heating water to do dishes and take a shower , all require diligence and have taken me out of my comfort zone

no complaints , there are some benefits , it’s the simple things in life that bring joy

like making coffee , oh joy oh joy
12v water heater runs off a battery or a solar panel

Eliquis is what I take. But I see I gotta 'splain further. This is how Scooter 'splained it to his (shaken) Daddy:

While just a few days old in the womb, a heart begins to beat. It is triggered by a tweeny electric switch. This little switch worked day and night for 80 years.

That is 3,027,456,000 on/off click cycles in 80 years. Three billion and a few hundred million and change. You can do you own math if you like. But you will find your switch has functioned literally billions of times.

It gets a little sticky when you get old. Like your back does. And your teeth. And your pecker. And your eyes.

So don't go pickin' on that gutsy little switch. IT IS WORKING. No different from your eyes, fingers. It just misses a coupla beats every now and then.

The only time you should worry is when you get the sooper goosey feeling (you know what feels like -- it is different). Otherwise, just live without fear.

One moar sekrit: The lower your BP, the less A-fib you will have/feel/be aware of.
My pecker!!?? o_O

Took a 2nd hash capsule an hour after the first to slow my hash smoking as I didn't plan on being trapped by the snow for who knows how long and need to conserve the half jar left. Stone has reached that point where the edge of my vision gets ghosty and starts to have that kaleidoscope effect with a shattered glass tinge to things. Music deepens and gets far richer. Stereo effects start to ring in my brain. Ahhhh life is good.

God bless BadKat and her amazing hash capsule recipe. This oil gets as psychedelic as you care to dance with. Toking at this level becomes hazardous as it can easily punch the stone up 3x for an hour. 0.1666 grams of hash per capsule.

Ussssssss and THemmmmmmmmm.... and after all we're only ordinary men.

Me either but my part was $472.
I’m getting ready to sign up for Medicare and a thinking that I will just keep my regular insurance FED BCBS which costs me 379. Per month but has been decent coverage. I’m just wondering if I need something like Eliquis, would they pay for it or leave me with a 400.00 copay. My momma also had to pay a lot for eliquis like 500. per month which I always thought was ridicules since she also had supplemental insurance. I don take many prescription drugs now in fact I pay less than 8.00 per month for my two everyday prescriptions but you never know what you will need in your future.
