G'Afternoon, y'all. It's gray but turning black outside. Looking like we got a biggie coming in off of the Gulf of Mexico. Went fishing yesterday. Caught some reds, jacks & a couple of Lady fish. Everything went back into the water unharmed.

Yup - I'm a bona-fide - certifiable cawfee addict - and the strongest one lately has been the Samutran Arabica - ran outa that a coupla days ago - so it's just me and the Guatemalan cawfee for now - till that's gone - then have a Colombian stash to drink thru -

When I wuz at Corbeil-Essonnes, after every lunch the guys I was with would walk out of the cafeteria to stop at a sorta coffee-bar.

The folks behind the bar would pour a small cup of the strongest coffee I've ever tasted. It sure cleared the "I'm stuffed" cobwebs.

It was thicker than water, IIRC.

My eldest son is 36 years old now - then I have a daughter who is 33 years old - they both live in Holland - then another daughter who will be 16 in June - a son who will be 14 at the end of this month - those two live with me in the UK - then I have a daughter who's 12 years old - a son who's 12 years old and a daughter who's 10 years old - those 3 live in the Philippines - but I can't go see them till I can get myself un-blacklisted by Phillipino immigration -

There was a comedy movie called "The Captain's Paradise" with Alec Guinness. At first blush, your resume' sounds like you had something similar.

My blood sugar is generally quite low - I've never been a diabetic - maybe I was pre-diabetic - when I was a fat lump? - but since 3 years ago have mostly laid off too surgery foods - never drink soda - or booze - have no sugar in me coffee - and baked sweet treats - pastries and cakes are a rare addition to my diet (but I do luv'em) -

I say that not being a diabetic knowing if I did not watch it I most defiantly could be.
I watch much more.
I tell folks if anyone told me I 3would eat a 1/2 a egg sandwich and be happy i would question where they buy their weed.
Now I share a bagel FFS!
I penned the line " Nothing I like better than eating a nice bagel while I wait for them to make me a egg sandwich" in my younger days.
