Question:
How many of you practice defoliation?
And what do you feel it accomplishes?
Oh yes. I do quite a severe strip; at the very start of flower, and again approx 21 days or so later.
It reduces humidity levels, improves the airflow among the plants. And some say makes the buds bigger ( that I'm yet to be convinced of).
Been doing it for yrs and not noticed any negative effects.

I could get into a diabetic coma over that❤️
My blood sugar is generally quite low - I've never been a diabetic - maybe I was pre-diabetic - when I was a fat lump? - but since 3 years ago have mostly laid off too surgery foods - never drink soda - or booze - have no sugar in me coffee - and baked sweet treats - pastries and cakes are a rare addition to my diet (but I do luv'em) -

I was already in a tizz to start with - and you are right - sugar can be dangerous - but I've never O.D'ed on it - even if I eat a whole cake 🎂 - I'm still fully functional - 😆
I had uncle that was diabetic he'd come back from getting something lopped off.
He'd tell grandma he wants a double choco cake and a 6 pack of coke.
Wham diabetic comatose back in hospital for 2 weeks come back home and do the same fuckin thing all over again, till he died, what a stupid fuckin fool.

Now that's what you might call 'A VERY sweet story of Amputation' - ❤️ Ya - I'm always telling my kids to 'Watch the Sugar' - then I go and eat my whole birthday 🎂 cake - so maybe I'm not such a good sugar ambassador -

sometimes I do , sometimes I don’t

I do believe that one can remove up to 20% of the big fan leaves and it will not have a negative effect on photosynthesis

otherwise , outdoors it is a real chore so I usually just leave it up to the chickens , they take care of the lower fan leaves

Well it's one of the wonders of this world 🌎 in my book -

2 attractive and well natured - willing ladies - in their birthday suits - scrubbing you down on a comfy 'wet mat' - with water hot or cold to your choice - often using certain erogenous zones on their own bodies - to help with the cleaning of your own body - then they both massage you with their full bodies too - all soaps - lubes and essential oils are supplied - or you could bring your own -

The one or two hour long experience has an optional ending - which you can arrange before - or during the Thai Soapy Massage - depending on what arises or not during the cleaning and massaging process

- The therapeutic affects alone were well worth the £10 it cost me - when I first tried this excellent treatment -
🤔
