Obviously, Q never commented on this. These are Hempy's own thoughts. Obviously the story was dropped and the media lost interest. But we know it was under heavy surveillance. So why no statement? Don't they want the public to be notified that there are terrorists roaming free who have bomb making materials and know how to make bombs? Why was the crime scene demolished so quickly?

The monument apparently had a burried compartment sealed under a heavy capstone lid or something similar with instructions etched in stone to open the chamber on ______ date. I guess it was supposedly a time capsule type of thing. One thing we can assume is that whoever ran the demolition got very secret access to this very intriguing vault. Probably would have had to have been Special Ops.
