I also want to say that this year I really feel is going to be an amazing one because of my involvement with the save the seeds project, and most of all the revival of bsc with the launch of our new seedline. I'm leaving for Brazil on March 5th where I will meet a professor at university of Sao Paulo who's studied brazilian cannabis history and has also ventured into the amazon with such amazing enthebotanists as Richard Evan Schultes. I will also be meeting a very old woman who lives on brazilian indian reservation and belongs to a tribe that has been growing herb for at least 200 years. Then I will hopefully have time to go to the Northeast of Brazil and meet a farmer who is descended of kidnapped africans who were forced to work on the sugar cane plantations. He has been growing the old Northeast brazilian strains that were originally brought from angola in talisman dolls that carried cannabis seeds. Of course I will also be staying with my good friend Luiz who is the founder of BSC and if I have time I will get to shake the hand of icmag member muddy waters whose been a great friend and indispensable resource before returning home.
