Zamaldelica

Hi Dubi!

Thanks for the response. I’ve read online about the breeders pack, but was wondering if you could give an even more in-depth description on Zamaldelica’s regular line ( the Thai/Zamal F3 and that Zamal elite F1). I’m very curious what the effects will be like, since I was originally hoping to get Zamaldelica for its psychedelic/trippy effects

Hi CannabisKenta,

I've described many times the effects of Zamaldelica Zamal/Thai phenos and Zamaldelica elite F1 in this thread.

Zamal/Thai phenos -> Not so refined woody, floral and cat piss Thai aromas. Extremely cerebral, energetic and scary effects.
Zamaldelica elite F1 -> Super refined candy, mango, sweet carrots, floral, musky terpenes, with a prime quality uplifting clean effect, not so electric like Zamal/Thai phenos, but much more kinder, warmer and rounder psychologically.

Hi Bros,

Does anyone know where I can get a few packs of regular Zamaldelica seeds shipped to Australia?

All my usual seedbanks are out of stock and there is no option for Australia on Ace's website. Feel free to PM or reply to thos post.

Zamaledlica Elite F1/F2 fruity smelling and oily smelling cutting are fine. I have pruned them to stimulate branching. The original reveged seedling with fruity smell shows allready bushy growth. Double Zamal 75% has gained a height of 1,6m. All four are showing flowers. The time to pollinate them comes closer.

ZamalDelica Thai pheno, CS and cross pollination of Sherbert, seeds, Meao Thai pheno red branches and variegation.
so, 420 special at Seedsman in 2020 lead to my first ZamalDelica adventure. Was lucky enough to pull a Thai pheno from the first seed which grew out with beautiful octopus arms, slender buds with thin leaves and thru the ZamalDelica community advice here I grew out 15 weeks flowering, harvesting in October and enjoying the long cure results. My favorite morning and afternoon selection.
Seeing that I got a Thai pheno I cut 3 clones, used CS for one to pollinate the other two, and accidentally cross pollinated both a Zkittlez Glue and a Sherbert. The SherbertDelica quickly started showing signs of striped leaves, learning I had a plant that was going through variegation. Reading up on the genetic defect, what I’ve read says that you can’t reproduce it. So I took clones and I’m making a mother plant and I am going to try CS to pollinate another clone to see if it is possible to extend the line with seeds. Worst case scenario I have a mother plan for as long as I can keep healthy because the aroma, structure, rock hard buds & especially the yellow buds, is outstanding. Yellow buds! And the red stems Dubi has described as telltale ZamalDelica Meao Thai trait, along with thin & elegant frame + changing a pungent sweet/sour Sherbert aroma to Juiceyfruit citrusy crazy good smell and super sticky touch.
Visually beautiful plant that the Zam pollen made Sherbert freak out.
Had to share the variegation story and pics. Sherbert has run 8 weeks previously, pics are at 8w, and she has a few weeks to go thanks to Zammy. Trichomes just turning cloudy.

very cool. only seen two ace strainsnat the dispo on the east coast, been probably two years.
everything is gelato this, and cake that... at least i can find some kind of chemdawg hybrid and maybe some sour jack here and there, wish they offered some tropical sativas...
hopefully soon i can legally have my own zam...
cheers
you could easily rename this pheno of zamaldelica i bought locally at a dispensary
"carrot cake" or "carrot mango cookies" or similar, as the sweet carrot and mango come thru
so strongly through the vaporizer. and since the public seems to like their strain names
very on the "flavor nose". the buzz is more warm and groovy than energetic,
and combined with the taste, makes it great for an "evening sativa".

i mixed this zamaldelica (below, right) with some hashplantHazexKC (left), and the result
in both buzz and resulting "sweet and savory" flavor are better than either bud on their own.
the HpHxKC puts the sativa power/energy back in, and the zamalD keeps it uplifting and groovy,
and a little more ceiling-less than HpHxKC on its own. would love to see a HpHaze x ZamalD hybrid.

hope legalization is moving in the right direction where you are, nepalnt21.
saludos

I’ve got 2 Zamaldelicas going right now, one is keeping up alongside two Honduras x Panamas, but the other… it’s a short and very tightly node stacked pheno about half the height of the others, but same number of nodes.
Anyone seen a short bushy pheno and can tell me what to expect?

Grow her out my friend
Had 2 going outdoors, one in 36ltr fabric pot, and, one in soil
Pheno in soil decided, under ideal conditions,to stay short and bushy, with pistils showing a purple hue to them
A good friend finished my grow, haven't tried her yet,do remember though she did excite the more experienced Ace growers

Know the feeling
May be she can raised,slightly?

That’s the plan if she doesn’t take off during stretch. I just flipped them to 12/12 last night and then they’ll go to 11/13 in a couple weeks.

stem rub on the tall one smells like weed. Stem rub on shorty smells like carrot cake in a way. Super excited for these.

Well, my shorty Zamaldelica turned out to also be a full blow hermaphrodite and just got removed. Very even and early distribution of both male and female flowers on it. Bummer because this one smells like carrots really strong on the stem rub.

And also, trying to put zamaldelica and Honduras x Panama in a tent together was a bad idea. 😂 these Honduras x Panama are such vigorous beasts they’ve already doubled the size of the zamaldelica and show no signs of slowing down.

In case anyone else gets that hair brained idea haha.
