Where can you find Mullumbimbi Madness seeds? Is this strain really as potent as the legend says it is? I.e. it smokes the competition, even Neville's Haze or Oldtimer's Haze.

Greetings,

I sampled a Zamaldelica (Zamal leaning) x Malawi Gold (SOA) tonight. It was notable for the exceptionally smooth smoke. It also had a pleasant minty after taste that I did not notice right away.

:smokey:

It did not take long to make me aware that this is some of the most potent smoke I have tried in a while. The quality is very nice. I still favor the high of SAGE x Purple Haze Meao Thai or Bangi Haze, but the potency of this daughter of Zamaldelica makes this very strong competition.

The first Zamaldelica I tried was also notably potent, which makes this a trend. I'm glad I have more Zamaldelica seeds to look through. It is not on my immediate plans, but I'll be growing more of these seeds since I am gaining confidence that there is a good chance of finding a special individual in this line.

:dance013:

ThaiBliss

Sounds very interesting the Zamaldelica x different Malawi, i love minty aromas, so hard to find nowadays.

I encourage you to explore more in the original Zamaldelica std version, the combination (within its variations) of Zamal, Malawi and Thai has the potential to provide the type of euphoric trippy effect you are looking for with such emphasis.

Hopefully one day i can try your SAGE x Purple Haze Thai selection, sounds mouthwatering :yummy:

I've decided to pop the few of the Zamaldelica regulars I have left.

Currently I flower one and have posted some info and pics of her
here and on other threads on icmag. I like her very much!

Thanks Dubi!

My goal is to cross Zamaldelica x Zamaldelica and keep seeds
to prolong my version of the line.

I have done one other cross with a wide leaf cultivar of
(vintage unknown) x (nycd x sensi star) and have had good
results with that ongoing project. Currently at F2 and one BX.

This is such a good thread I feel obligated to do it. The Zamaldelica
seeds have been kept well and I believe will pop. I will link to a grow
thread here and post on occasion on the project in this thread if there
are no objections.

Thanks for your attention in this matter and wish me luck!

Hi Dropped Cat,

I'm glad you found Zamaldelica line enough interesting to make another grow of our original release and to to produce your own F2.
Best wishes!

i have to irrigate in the morning and after ~8 light hours, if i fuck it once, its over.

I have GT thai pheno looks very similar in flowering at 40days, just little buds with many hairs , but they sparkling like your zamaldelica ...

and my question is if i want that elite zamaldelica mum , do you will make feminised from her or you will going to cross it with new malawi killer ? I would like to buy and find somewhat close to your elite mum with faster finish time and better compact buds as Zamal have :)

Im starting to have not so much patience with those loong flowering when I realize that this ssh cut take max 65days to finish and now at 40days really nice sparkling meanwhile thais are veery slow it means much electricity pay bills with worse yields
found that delta nueve, guano and green sensation together works very good :)

yeah man, there are some really fast fenos of SSH, but, they are much more sativa / indica hybrid, then a haze hybrid....

SSH, has NOTHING to do with Thai genetics..... or Malawii as far as I´m concerned.....

and yeah, the electricity bill sure does make us indoor growers sweat a little more to have nice sativas available, but, to each his own.....

I personally think Sativas are AWSOME, and deserve the extra time, and money put on them....

a bit rippoff, don't you think?

I pay 4€ for 1kg of pure Monokaliumphosphate 52-34.

man we talk about zamaldelica here, your ssh is not what we want to see here. you could have posted a picture of your thai dominant GT instead.

even a 'elite' mum that is bred and selected towards dense flowers and a fast finish will take more than 60 (70++) days under normal conditions.

if you grow sativa right it will give you more yield in the same time with less electricity cost:

63day hybrid: -veg. 2-3week and 12/12 flower for ideal yields

9 + 3 = 12 week total. 3@ 18/6, 9@ 12/12

against:

84day malawi: -veg. 0 days
-10/14 flower for fast, quality development

12 week total @ 10/14

you see even if it goes to 14 weeks (98day) its still very cost effective.

flowered from matured cuttings without any veg time- volume of container and applied nutrition determines size, beside genetics.

thank for the cheeper tip. so you use it and its good? how many months it take to meld in average? and will it affect taste ? i will do some search where i can buy it

good idea, have you tried that 10/14 all the time give similar good results compared to 12/12 and maybe last weeks 10/14 ?

have one picture from thai pheno in small pot, its very poor for yield and takes 14+ weeks to mature. but its sparkling good . day 45 or so :dance013:

yes I use it instead of PK 13-14. what you mean with meld? its good as long you keep it dry, its salt. It will affect taste as any other P-K product if it is overdosed and given till harvest.

search multi-MKP!

most natural is to reduce lighthours slowly while plant flowers.
in case of most(not all) sativas 10/14 all the time gives faster maturation and better density. as one want a fast onset, 12/12 from start, then last weeks 10/14 wont do much for finish time.
no i have not done it side by side, its more like a personal experience over time.

hey waldgeist
u have some real nice results with low light
whats your experience using 10/14 for the yield?
noticable less than 12/12 or is the difference only a few %?
thx willi

Thanks,

I think it is strain & pheno depending, there is no 'rule' where I would say 'its 5-10% less yield but faster finish' when using 10/14.

In fact im pretty sure this Zamaldelica would yield 'less' if grown on 12/12, 'less' - because I won't be able to get a desirable floral structure in my particular setup.
I don't have tried, I see its good like it is by watching the plant.

day 40

there is much more between 9/15 and 13/11:biggrin:for every single plant

by melding I mean how long it takes when it meld in soil in average? if I use guano for example I know that 2months is average time and i know i can repot to bigger pot after 3weeks flowering with guano and it works for that time. so if i use that monohydrate i want to know that . ps its calcium or phospate version ? ive found KH2PO4
Monopotassium phosphate for +-6Euro per kg. and how do you use it , 10% , 5% in soil or ? just want the practical info when i will try it...

nice malawi indeed !

edit multi-mpk is that , OK :) and for the thai pheno it was rejected from selection, Ive found another sweet thai pheno now running , resin is slowly but surely coming

ah okay i get it now:biggrin: I use it as additive in my nutrient solutions(regular+foliar). It is instantly available, so it should be when amended into soil.

KH2PO4 is the right one.

crazyfool*, i show you that malawi yield on scale. wet n dry.
remember it only yields when you have many of them;)
