Your Pets!!!

It is so good to see so many animal lovers.
They are just the bestest friends anyone could have.
I have 2 cats and want more(but my husbands needs 2 b sweet talked into it 1st).
The cats, like so many others, love chewing on the leaves. But then the leaves must get caught because of the rough texture and the cats just cough it back up.
We also have a Labrador dog and I want to set up a green tree frog sanc for my 1 yr old and 6 yr old children.
I wanted to start rescueing cats that are about to be put down from animal shelters. But I have a LOT of sweet talking 2 do b4 that happens.
My Husband never used 2 b a cat person til he met me and my moggies.

Here is our boy, Dexter @ 9 months and my beloved cats, Sooty and Bella. I have had numerous of different colour cats.
But for some reason I've noticed that black and white cats live the longest(when outside not only indoors).
Has anyone else noticed this or am I just tripping?
And Tabbies too.
My cats don't go outside unless they are in a cat enclosure- it is suppose to be the law here, not that many abide, but I mainly did it for their own survival. I was tired of getting my heart broken by dickheads on the road mainly. Thank you Miss. Blunted for starting this thread, I have been waiting to post my brown eyed boy, Dexter. I just love his eyes.

Hell Yeah!!! I love largemouths.

I love any animal....doesn't matter. I have not found one yet I don't love....reptiles, bears, snakes especially, worms, turtles....you name it.

I like bugs too....scared of spiders, but I respect them!

ill post pics of my cats when i fix my cameras ability to upload, ones a gray tigerstripe and shes my snuggle kitty, ~3 goin on 4 years old, both my cats were from litters of kittens that used to reside under my old shed and would set out left overs and scraps for them, the ones i got are the ones their mom left behind,the other cat is not a nice cat at all.... she likes to be pet but you can't pick her up, she will push and claw and whine until you put her down

BS man!! i went to the vet one day with my tiny tiny little kitty, and all of a sudden a guy came in with a MONSTER!! it was a car engine belt connected to a chain! he said it was safe but "conventional" leashes and such always were broken, and that was the only way to restrain him, i think it weighed in at like 300 lb at 6 months old? same breed whatever those things are, beethovens

When I go to see my kids, he has this look on his face, "Maaaaaaaaaaan, you shoulda took me with you.."

I know Kimo, I know.
I toss him some Afghani Catnip "Thanks playa, "and he slowly disappears to get some "personal" time...He was the only cat I saw "fetch" it was the funniest shit to me..

In high school we had a dobie that would take ME on walks...but that's what happens when you feed a dog bbq and kool-aid.. I wish I could get another dog also.

Some neighbors across the street have a Bernese Mountain Dog. When I saw him yesterday, I swear I almost cuddled up with that dog on the street and took a nap..

I just read in my "Cat Fancy" magazine that Arnold Schwarzaneger tried to put a sales tax on VETERENARY SERVICES!!!! I guess the bill didn't pass...but shit, the fact that he tried just makes me sick. Does this douchebag not understand that medical services for animals are already becoming just as unaffordable as it is for people? We can spend up to 6K a year for 5 cats...my lizzard has only been sick once. Damn!!!! Leave the fuzzy ones alone AHNOLD!!

That's not all miss b. In california they're trying to pass a pet tax. Collected yearly one dollar per pound per pet..

exceptions will be AG and Service animals.

I have pet insurance for 3 of my dogs, the 15 year old has them all baffled and I didn't want to "jinx" her with it, so she is the only one with out.....But I would spend every last dime I had for her (any of them really) god forbid she gets sick.....Been very luck with that one

Well, last night tragedy struck. My little pita slipped outside, while my roommates weren't paying attention, for some cool, crisp night air. She loves it outside, and has a few stray cat friends. Unfortunately, some jerk driver was going too fast, and hit her crossing the street.

RIP my love. You are missed tremendously. I can still hear your broken meow (meh cat), and feel your spirit rubbing on my legs (wanting food, no less). You will always be in my heart.
