you are over complicating this, but in short, yes after the pots they are in now you can transplant them into larger containers with th hot soil, which wont hurt them when they are larger because they can utilize the nutes already in the soil

Alright, you have been extreamly helpfull in this matter, i have been dealing with this problem for over 3 months now always thinking that the plants was missing something but could not figure out what is was. They probaly have to much of whatever i thought the missed and therefor burnt em. I have not only been trying nutes i have also been adjusting my ph beliving it was that cousing the problem, it might have been as well.

What bugs me alot is that i have 2 time before this problems grown in this soil from seed to bud but back then i had some different problems. Back then the 2 small round first leaves stared to get yellow and it spread but then i fixed it by ADDING nutrients to the water.

So basicly back then with the same soil i added nuts to fix the problem and now i have to remove.. sounds so strange :)

its not strange at all that your different grows have required different care, every plant and phenotype require different things, what once was too little can also be too much...as you now have learned :rasta:

Does it matter how long root the seed have before it gets into the soil (using the papermethod to create long tails before putting them in soil)? I have so been putting them into soil asap when i see any sign that they start to develop a little tail, mabye it would have been better to let it get a bit longer?

soon as the root emerges you can put 'em in the dirt. I would not let the root get any longer than a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch in length. Thats my opinion. But I don't claim to be an expert.
