WTF is wrong with my plants?

I have serious growing issues.

I've been growing for well over 25 years so it's not like I'm a new grower.
But I have never had plants get this problem. I've tried 2 different soils
and have kept my eye on temp, pH, nutrient levels, light levels using a
light meter etc.

I haven't done anything different from my past grows.

It's like WTF is going on. This is like 4 grows since July that end like this.
Am I being attacked by some new plant disease? I have looked at some
roots using a USB microscope and only saw a few springtails and nematodes.
I'm trying peroxide now to deal with the nematodes even though there's
only a few of them.

Hope somebody can figure this out. :thank you:

"This is like 4 grows since July that end like this."

If it affects all plants, you should check out:

- blocked ventilators, dusty ventilator shafts
- external changes in the water source: wellwater changes with the seasons, for instance.
- changes to the medium from the manufacturers side

Just for completion:

- What nutrients and medium are used?

I'm in Sudbury and have caught many Brook Trout up to 4 pounds and lost a few almost twice that
size. Fish over 8 pounds are normally only caught in remote lakes. Some lakes are open all year and
it's fun fishing them at 1st ice in 3 to 5 feet of water under 3 to 4 inches of ice when the lakes just
freeze over. Most people have never experienced ice fishing under those conditions for trout. As
long as you test the ice 1st and don't dare go far onto the ice it's ok. I did fall thru once, but it was only
3 feet deep. lol

The action can be mental and one time while doing the same on a Rainbow Trout lake
when it 1st froze in December my brother and I had 2 holes each and all the sticks went
down at the same time. He got his 2 fish and I got 1 while losing the other.

Fish up to 8 pounds are caught in many lakes from Sault St. Mary
to Sudbury and going North to the area Gogama.
That's awesome you live in a beautiful spot. I've been to Sudbury. Rugged granite outcroppings and waterfalls. We were going to take a trip to Manitoulin Island this summer but the fires were out of control. I'm hoping to hit the Nipigon System for some trophy Brookies some day. Have a couple leads on some lakes around Wawa/Chapleau area. Thanks for the reply and hope your soil situation gets figured out.

It's tap water that I set aside for 2 days before using it as usual.
Just cleaned the entire tent and around it with a non-bleach cleaner.

Vim PureBoost

Vim Power & Shine Anti-Bacterial Disinfectant Multi-Purpose Spray
kills 99.99% of viruses and bacteria. Formulated with a 100% naturally
derived cleaning agent, it is suitable for food preparation areas.

What I'm also thinking is maybe Iron deficiency/lockout. Iron is locked out by a lot of nutrients: calcium, manganese, copper, phosphorus and zinc. And also by a high pH. Iron is also agonistic with potassium - they help eachother's uptake.

Also, there are growrocks on the surface.

You're leaving a lot of details out.

Maybe it is best to start with a complete detail of the grow. Something will stand out.

This can be remedied by neem seed meal
that shit will kill any nematodes and lil critters in there.
Top dress a handful, and water it in with water thats been sitting with a handful or two of neem meal for a day or two

Those weren't rocks. They're Hydroton clay pellets mixed with the soil.
If Catnip was an herbicide how do you explain the 4 larger healthy plants
beside the Catnip with no signs of problems?

Air circulation, low air flow pockets? Are the healthiest ones nearest the intake?

‘Allelochemicals enter to natural environment or agricultural systems in various ways, including evaporation of leaf volatiles’

‘Essential oils could be major allelochemical compounds that are obtained from plants, such as Lamiaceae family [12]. Due to their allelopathic potential, essential oils can be used as biological agents for weed control’

I've cleaned the air intakes screens on the tent and got some new soil from another store.
Every pot and tray have been soaked and washed to make sure nothing lingers on.

On the first page, I see in the photos a water problem from tap water and excess alkalinity from your soil. When the alkalinity is high the hydroxyl content rises and blocks or locks up hydrogen. The only way your organic mix can release nutrients is from hydrogen.

Use pure RO or rainwater to sovietize the nutrients. Stop using tap or stop using so many organic amendments.

I got to a point that i quit using fish ferts. Seemed the ferts either had a bunch of bug eggs or larvae or the ferts just attracted the nasties. Did you have a new bottle of ferts when the problems started?

Also, just thought that the smaller plants are affected, but not the larger? Same strain? Could be the the smaller pots for some strains seem that when the plants roots hit the bottom, they rebel.
