Alex bringin' home his C24 :D

Look forward to seeing it after it's all together Alex!

Nice one , but nah. I rented the truck for $20. Well worth it if you own a car IMO. The time it takes to unload box and but piece in car one by one, you could have loaded the truck been to your grow spot. Spend the $20.

Its already togther but I wont be posting pics, never have never will. A fellow ICer :friends: ( whom shall remain anonymous) will be looking at pics and video in near future though. I think 2morrow actually.

Hey alex, good luck with your new cab...they are a treat to grow in once you get the conditions right

Are you going to keep it as one big space or you going to incorporate a veg area in there as well. I used to have one of these before they became the "C" series..back then it was made by rubbermaid...anywho I made a few minor adjustments to the design and did the all in one cabinet...yielded around a qp each time and had space for moms clones and seedlings...thing was a growin' machine

have fun

SO I assume popluar choice for C24 is this..

Popular 'squirrel cage' fans, technically known as shaded pole blowers, quickly exhaust stale air out of hobby greenhouses and growrooms while bringing fresh, clean air in. Mount securely to wall or ceiling. All sizes are now compatible with Hydrofarm® Super GrowWing and Radiant Reflectors for the ultimate in room cooling. Quiet, powerful performance; exclusive dryer hose adapter flange; safety intake grill; grounded 8-foot heavy-duty power cord. Instructions for horticultural use included. UL and CSA Listed. Figure size needed for general room exhaust by taking cubic feet of room and dividing by 5. Fan with cubic feet per minute (CFM) rating just above the result will completely exhaust stale air in 5 minutes as recommended.

Reflector Cooling Recommendations. 265 CFM for a 400 watt system - 465 CFM for a 1000 watt system

4 Inch Outflow Flange now available for the 265 and 465 CFM.

Will one of those do the trick or what? Sorry not a cab man so all help is appreciated

I use a 4oowatt mh/hps witha daystar ac hood w/glass lens and 449cfm vortex fan, I wish it was the full 24" in depth like my c-13 had so I could mount reflector perpendicular to the floor. I tried cutting down my old batwing to 16" and mounted that perpendicular, but I couldnt aircool it and had to mount it higher so it was kind of useless, I ended up going back with the daystar.

Hey Alex, just a quick question. How cool is the room the cab is in? This makes all the difference.

I am keeping room cool , very low 70's, to help with cooling for know. Going to get more fans and ducting this weeknd and do some more mods

3 known girls in their ( 2 SOur D V3 clones and 1 SAGE clone. ) also several Strawberry Ds soaking up the rays. First run will be those 3 plus howver many of strawberry D are girls. The SAGE clone that was gifted is supposed to have almost no stretch so it should be intersting. Already tried the SAGE , and it is great.

Hey alex, I don't know if you can see it in the pic I posted but i'm using a dayton 265 cfm blower w/ the 400 watt and it does the job fine. I'm using it now in my new cab and it sucks in fresh air so much I had to put filters on the intake so it wouldn't suck in hair and dirt floating around.

The blower is a bit loud though...so be warned. What are you planning to do about odor control?
