15 ml to 2.6 gallons or 10 liters of water. It is only to be used for a short time in flower. The canna website has more info.

You look like you are in week 4 or so, perfect to add some pk13/14.
Directions on canna website say to add it only for one week at 1.5ml per litre max dose. Not 0.33ml per litre.
Maybe you have a different pk13/14 i dunno
Canna pk13/14 is 1.5ml max per litre.
The British Imperial gallon is 4.54 L (160 fl oz), ( so add 6.81ML PK13/14 per UK gallon )
while the US Customary gallon is 3.78 L (128 fl oz), ( so add 5.67ML PK13/14 per US gallon )

if you haven’t given them any PK yet go with the website directions as posted by the two other gents.
Next time round try it the way you showed in the original post.

IMO cut the nutrients at least 50% better yet 70% of the manufacturers recommend amount! Feed more often and never truly flush!!
It is way easier to add a lil more than burn the ladies up with too much NPK!
Once you get your ENVIRONMENT, Light intensity, and figure CO2 out! It is worth your time to do nutrient analysis/equations. Otherwise LESS IS MORE!
If you don’t have the best environment possible it’s not worth dealing with everything else.
IMO 33% of the recommended nutrients and add a lil more if needed. The nutrients are seriously a very small part of the grow equation!!!
Nothing is more important than Environment and Light when playing mother nature indoors
Runs under your belt will always be the best teacher! Forums will always provide you with 10+ different answers to the same problem!

Shit I just looked at your pics and it looks like you grow in soil. Pretty much everything I said is the same but soil indoors is a mystery to me!
If ya wanna grow indoors why use any outdoor techniques?
Synthetic nutrients, lights, grow medium, and everything else Indoors?
