interesting map, but I have my doubts to be honest. it may be officially decriminalized to a small point in New York but we still have some of the harshest penalties here of any state with the mandatory minimum sentences. Hopefully that changes soon. But we are nowhere near california in terms of tolerance currently IMHO

more than 5 grams and the law assumes you're dealing, so you face 5 to 30 years in prison.. doesn't sound so decriminalized, does it!

Ghana... I've heard that they have the 2nd highest per capita consumption rate of ganja in the world: it's technically illegal, but very rarely enforced from what I've heard. It's also one of the most politically stable countries in Africa (definitely moreso than Peru). Worth investigatin' at least.

i should have specified that the map might not be accurate, it is from a reliable source its in one of my books but i gotta figure out which one it came from. I did come across an article tho about possible cannabis coffee shops near belgium, but it may never happen.

Nope...

Costa Rica hasn't decriminalized cannabis yet... Very lax enforcement but people do GO to the big house for traffic and cultivation.

I invite all to retire in spain good climate for nice flowers, but not totally legal growing is legal if you dont have more than the plants for a year of smoking per person living in the house. smoking or transport you can only carry 0.2g of pot(a joint) in the public place, 1500€ fine if you get caught by the policeman with more quantity
