I will be 70 in February. A disabled Veteran. I had kidney cancer 4 years ago and had to come to grips with my own mortality. I beat the cancer and now realize how precious every hour of every day is.

The only advice I can give is don't worry about bullshit. Enjoy your life. Do whatever it takes to be happy.

30 years ago I was upset about nearly being 40. That seemed to me to be very old. Those 30 years have passed like the blink of an eye.

Be happy, have fun, keep smiling. --EP

70?!?!? HOLY SHIT! disabled vet you say? thank you very much for your service..... glad to have ya here on icmag.... not too many 70 year olds are internet friendly, let alone cannabis forum friendly!

with experience and thought, comes wisdom.

im polite for example, because i like the results it gives me, you could call that wisdom, or just having hit myself on the head enough to learn to avoid it ;)

even rats gain wisdom. its just that our life is bit more complex ;)

but, one of the first things you learn, is that you dont know shit.

and life tends to hit you on the head, pretty quickly if you pretend to know shit.

so we are usually only wise in the eyes of others.

and even the wisest of us, dont know all the answers and sometimes stand flabbergasted at life. (mostly meaning other people ;))

and im talking from observance when i say that ;)

i frequently dont know shit :) and thats just fine.

usually someone does, where i dont :)

and if not, then thats another mystery to solve and they can be fun.

got my spliff and my milk and im cool :) (as long as i got some yummy food too and aint cold :)

though i would not be beginning to be happy without my wife, family (whom cats are apart of and future dogs and other animals as always (though with pauses sometimes)

so if ive gained any wisdom, its this, look for true love and true friends

and if you dont have a family, make one.
