Hello everyone, I'm new to IC, but have been an OD grower for awhile.

You all have a great variety of strains going in this season. Some strains are familiar and some not. I look forward to seeing the different varieties as the progress in your gardens.

I've already started most of my seeds, and also have a few mothers that will be providing clones.

Last season strains included:
AK-47
Ducksfoot
Matanuska Thunder
Purple Passion
Maple Leaf Indica
Uranium Cranium

This year I will be adding a few more:
G-13 X Hash Plant
Snazz#3
Medicine Man X Great white shark
HOG
BB x grapefruit
NL X grapefruit

Plus a few more

hopefully I'll get some great pheanos

Captain Jack speaking of learning curves... (1) A couple things that may be of interest to you. I found that if you cut small squares of plywood and lay them on the ground @ plant sites when you arrive @ grow area in the spring all you gotta do is flip them over and you have a nice little weed free area 4 your clones

Great idea frog, I use a black landscaping fabric at my guerilla locations.

It's lighter than the plywood and much easier to carry. It's designed to allow air and water to pass through the fabric, and like you suggest, it keeps the weeds and climbers off my young seedlings and clones early in the season.

Once I stretch it out and plant, I cover it with dead vegitation from the surrounding area to conceal it.

good luck

White Rhino
Hashberry
and some creations of my own and some of my uncles creations :)

but im still looking at ordering some more strains for the summer

Afghani, bubblegum, power plant, speed queen and a few other just hav'nt made my mind up on what else i want to throw into the grow :D

WOW..two Cap'ts in the same thread,
I have many strains going already this year..from wallyducks pineapple C99xpanama red to Skunk#1...I should have nearly 20 strains by the time I'm done...all will be sexed and cloned and put out in around swamps and around pine trees...then you hope like hell they all finish...there will be over 200 out growing..makes for a busy fall...stay safe..

swamps and around pine trees.
Hey there, dunno if you have ever done this before, but,
If i could think of two places that are the WORST (environment wise) for growing pot it would be under/alongside Pine/Evergreen trees, as the soil's properties are undesirable for cultivation of CANNABIS.
To do it right you'll need lots and lots of lime, and you BETTER go dig holes/pits/beds and fillem NOW with your fluffy soil mix/compost to age, and pH to adjust.
the other oplace you mentioned, swamps, well,
in swamps/waterholes, even dried up lake beds etc, these places house the most wildlife and not only does this attract observers, but it adds pests to deal with to the list of bullshit that comes with guerilla gardening.:2cents:

1 other thing that may be of help to you,

then you hope like hell they all finish..

if your season sucks, as most ours do in norf america, you should consider growing in areas more suitable for pot to thrive, and pick strains that finish under 50-55 days, with high resistance and strong branching, for best results.
a panama red hybrid may not be the best choice, but i see your point in wanttin the variety of flavors:D me too.
just don't throw your work away, grow smart, keep it simple, youll do great!

keep the lists comin folks:canabis: great stuff so far

lets also hear about which strains you WISH you had available to run this yr, that you may have had extraordinary success with in past years:smile:
